Not the friendliness app

Had to repeatedly change pass code to get back in to my account. But have used the same pass code many times before. Also could not update payment information using your app. Had to opp out of one then inter another payment option and it’s not working well at all. So I’m about done, writing a check was so must easier than the confusion of this app. provides.

This is an awesome app with a long paying member of Mediacom. 20 years is a long time.
Very easy and functional

While I often would like to talk to a person this app can handle almost anything I need from mediacom. Bill pay, troubleshoot, schedule appointment for a call, and check my usage. It works with Face ID and is pretty easy to use. The outage reporting is good too.

The app is easy to navigate and payment is easy. The login is a nightmare. The app never works with my touch ID and I have remember a new password when I only use the app once a month for payment. Login process is terrible.

Payments are easy to make. I like to login and check my usage, which works great for the current month but the graph that compares previous months never works.

Mediacom has terrible customer service. We plan on switching to ATT fiber optic.

I have never liked this app- until today. It seems as though it's finally user friendly! I'm hoping it isn't a fluke and will work the next time I want to use it as well. If it does I'll go to 5 stars
