Cannot use app to pay bill

It just does not respond as in it more often than not just sits there at the initial screen while I tap very which way to get it to respond. I can’t get it to behave so I can type in userid and password. Once in a blue moon it would work. So I end up firing up my desktop to pay there and even that has issues with recognizing userid and password no matter how carefully I type them. Something is wrong with these Mediacom apps via phone and desktop. Suspicious they might be doing it on purpose so you pay by phone and pay additional fees that way.


Password reset area is terrible

This app is garbage. Every time I have to change my autopay requirement like a new card or updated number on back and try to login to this app it says my password is wrong. I keep my passwords in fast pass and when I attempt to use the forgot my password link it gives me an error message. If any other cable isp was in my area I would use them. Mediacom has been one of the worst companies I’ve had to deal with.


Printing a receipt at time of payment

It would be nice to have this feature added back. I need a receipt at time of payment for my employer to reimburse my money. Now I have to go to the office to get a printout.


Embarrassingly bad

Dysfunctional. Yet they made the awful experience of calling them just as bad in the digital experience. SMH


Horrible internet

Every couple weeks the internet goes out. Their fix? Power off your modem and turn it back on. That will fix it for a couple weeks. So they designed an app that never works. And if it does..you are allowed to troubleshoot yourself but lowering off the modem from phone. So please tell me how Mediacom keeps acting like they don’t have a problem. If you have an option to choose a different provider. Do it. Horrible service.

The app is awful every time I have trouble getting it to function to log in and won’t allow me to set up the fingerprint function have to manually log in to get it to function after reloading app several times☹️??


Wish I Could Check Data Usage

The app is overall fine. I can check my bill, see how much I owe and what I’ve paid. However, I wish I could check how much data I’ve used so far, because there’s no other way to check. I can’t see my data usage on mediacom’s browser website at all. I don’t want to wait until I get my bill from them to tell me I went over my data when I’ve had zero way of knowing.

If you’re hoping to use the internet support feature which is supposed to diagnose your connection and help you figure out what’s wrong, I hate to disappoint you but you will forever only be greeted with the words “Oops! Service unavailable, please try again later”...


Missing data

I love the general aesthetics of the app but it appears there is supposed to be some kind of graph to show previous months usage however I haven't seen data populate into the bar graph.. it would be nice to see how much I consistently use.
