Unreliable, unresponsive, and unacceptable
ES!!!
Neither TV nor Internet has worked properly or reliably since installation on July 7th. Their automated system is useless. I’m actively looking at area alternatives.

It has only worked once. All the other times it gives me “oops service not available”.
Don’t too small, low contrast

The size of your font and the lack of contrast makes it very difficult for a person with any kind of eye issue to read and use the app. There is way too much dead white space with tiny light blue and grey colored type. Please resize and add more contrast. Any vision impairment makes this app unusable and accessible.
Can’t access account

I downloaded the app and can’t even access my account. It asks for my account number to start the process and when I type it in it says an account already exists for that number.

It’s hard to get through sometimes. The screen just goes light. I try several times and then my bill is late when i finally get it sent. Whose fault is this, mine or yours? It’s frustrating to me.

I use Mediacom at home and at work. Both places it is very intermittent and is glitchy. But this review is just about the app. I would say the app works at least 3 out of 10 times I try to use it. And for my use I dint feel it is very user friendly. I do not recommend this app nor do I recommend Mediacom if there is an alternative in your area.

Would like to be able to see the usage breakdown by device connected to the network on the app. Would also like to block certain devices utilizing the app I.E a phone
