Can't pay bill

Every time I try to click on my bill to pay for it, a message pops up saying the service is unavailable. Is this ever going to get fixed?


DATA CAP CHART NOT WORKING!!

Since the app updated I can't see how much data I've used. If won't go over 1% and I stream all of my TV (DirecTV Now, Netflix, YouTube, and Xbox Live). Either fix the problem in the app of give everyone unlimited data to compensate for overages that may occur.

No finger touch to access app anymore. More difficult to navigate. Brighter but not as user friendly.


Went backwards

Have to type in password everytime with new update. Checking data usage is now more difficult. I have iPhones with touch & Face ID. I should be able to utilize these to login to the app.


The old App was much better so much better

The old app was much much better if it were my decision I would drop this new one and go back with the old one


Outage

We were good the first few months with little to no outage once the tech discovered we needed new lines. Now it seems like there’s an outage every other day and at least once a week. I wish we had Charter because they didn’t have near this much outage.


Login pains

Facial recognition does not appear to be an option with this version. It worked in the previous version not now. The data usage no longer provides anything close to current usage. It’s been at 1% since the beginning of the billing period. I know that’s not right.


Step backwards

This app is a step backwards in usefulness. I guess Mediacom was getting too many reported outages and incidents so they removed the ability to report them. I will be deleting this app from my phone. It’s only good at using memory.


Hate update

Absolutely hate the new update on this App. I used to get alerts when my bill was due. Not anymore. Used to be able to just use Touch ID to log in. Can’t do that. I give this 5 thumbs down!!!! Total Fail!!! Whoever’s idea it was to change it to this needs to be fired immediately!!!!!!


New Update is Terrible

Ever since the new update, I can’t tell what bill is for what month. It makes paying each month harder than the last version of the app. No company should make payments hard to understand.
