Bugged App

Always select the "remember" option for username and/or password, but it never works. And since you can't personalize your username you have to look it up since it's a mile long mediacom email. Annoying.


Nothing gets saved

Checked the box to remember me, it doesn’t. Setup payment methods, error saving, invalid info...but yet it did save, maybe, maybe not. Enrolled for auto pay, but it hasn’t pulled any payments ever. Signed up for paperless, still get every bill via mail. Why even have an app, you poor version of Comcast, but still charge the same as them.


Printing a receipt at time of payment

It would be nice to have this feature added back. I need a receipt at tome of payment for my employer to reimburse my money. Now I have to go to the office to get a printout.

First off the app has terrible colors that make it hard to see and read. Pretty useless except for payment application.


Problem with reading text in the app

The current contrast between text and background (light gray on white) is very difficult to read. Can’t imagine that people with 20/20 vision would find it helpful anymore than I do. The contrast needs to be more apparent, as in a darker shade of grey, not necessarily black, but at least medium gray would make it easier to read.

Always double check

Not as bad looking anymore

I am writing this review because I’ve encountered numerous issues with this app. It’s filled with bugs and make sure you double check that your payments go through. Ive received confirmation and still found out that payments haven’t gone through after the fact. It also won’t allow me to use autopay. Just lots of issues. Not to mention you can’t change anything with your account on here either.
