Convienient but not consistent

Almost every time I want to do something on this app it does not work properly. I can’t even make a payment set for a future date. Only on the payment date. The text feature never works. Sometimes the call feature doesn’t even give you a call back. When it does work it’s great, but it’s pretty rare...
Not a bad app!

I usually use the app to pay my bill when I do t have time to go in to the site to pay! I also use the troubleshooting option when there are problems. I wish there was a place to see available options or see internet speed so we could see before we decide if we want to upgrade speed. Otherwise I like the app did have a problem resetting password a couple of times.
Can’t enter payment

Every other time I use the app and press “Other” for my payment, I have issues with it not letting me enter an amount. It just sits there and my number board never pops up to enter a payment no matter what I do.
Don’t work that well

Only lets me pay if I’m paying that day. Otherwise, it won’t let me set up a payment ahead of time.
It crashes a lot

This crashes a lot and does not hold or remember the password even when prompted to.
Wrong due date on app
????
Every time I go on the app to pay my bill it says my account is past due. According to my statement is says due date is the 23rd. The app says due 22nd. ????????? Please fix this!!!!!!
