Customer Service Issues / Non Working Camera’s after app update.

Worst customer service ever. Lorex recently put out updates for their Lorex Secure and Flir Secure apps for iPhone and IPad. After downloading the updated apps, I could no longer access my cameras. After notifying Lorex, they took almost two weeks to respond. I spent approximately two hours on the telephone with a technician today and he was unable to resolve my issue. He has turned the matter over to their “level 3” technicians. Who knows when I’ll hear from them.
Bought a new system and can’t view remotely

App won’t load my dvr. Called Lorex said no specific time it will be fixed. Please get this app to work so I can see from my phone. Sent an email with problem to app and no response.

Thanks for fixing it so that it doesn’t show the non-connected cameras.
Changed password, now app won’t work

I had everything working on the app. I decided to change the password on my home device. It wouldn’t let me change the user name though. Went to pull up my cameras on the app on my phone and it deleted my device and now doesn’t recognize my password to set it back up. I have instant messaged the customer service, which they said they could not help. I also reported a problem on the app and haven’t received a reply back and that has been about a week now.
Worst Camera system ever!

If you like getting four or five hundred alerts a day this is the camera system for you. It make the system worthless because you finally turn off the alerts just to keep your sanity. Now this morning when I went to open the FLIR Secure app it wanted me to upgrade to a newer app Lorex Secure. Well, you guessed it, now I can no longer access any of my cameras remotely. Uuuuuuhhhhggg!

Recent user of this app and not a good experience so far. Multiple attempts before it accepts user ID and PW. Finally succeeded on getting it on my iphone but today get message ‘unable to reach server’. Downloaded app on another iphone and again it would not accept user ID & PW. Very frustrating.

This app keeps asking me for my camera passwords and when I enter it, the app tells me it’s invalid. Have to keep resetting cameras. Horrible app.

No longer stops a live feed after 30 seconds. Faster load time. Wish there was a option to request notifications PER camera. I would like to see less technical jargon and make a simpler user UI. Example: Arlo, Nest, Ring.

Have been using FLIR Secure for some time and ,although slow, worked. The app made me upgrade to Lorex Secure and now neither app works. No access to my devices on either version. It does not accept device username password even though they both work on the device itself. I got the same result on both my iPhone and iPad. No online support can be found.
