I don’t know why they changed to this app. It’s horrible! With the old app I was able to view my cameras with good quality now its never loads the quality is bad. Please go back to the old app or change this one!

This app was kind of working since I bought these cameras. Now that I was forced to update I can not login in.

I’ve used secure for many years and now Lorex downgrades is to Lorex cloud which is of poor quality in viewing on my iPhone. When is secure coming back? I’d give it 5 stars but cannot use it anymore.


LOGIN NOT WORKING!

Login keeps throwing error. Able to login to website. Unable to add camera on existing app so logged out and reinstalled app. Guess what, wont login to app anymore even after trying to reset password. Camera is paper weight now.

No way to troubleshoot with Lorex through the app

Even after the update when I try to report a problem to the app I immediately get a postmaster undeliverable response. So I suppose they entered the email address wrong in the app. This is typical of everything else wrong with the app! Videos fail to load if you tried to watch them too quickly after the push notification too. Great cameras, lousy app.


Wish I went with a different system

The app won’t let me log in no matter how many times I re set the password and get logged into the website. It takes forever while being hooked up to WiFi to pull up my cameras. I’ve tried getting ahold of customer service and that’s a joke. Please fix this
