Was this Firm Ware a hack because now I’m unable to use this app. I have been an owner for Lorex/FLIR for a long time and good luck trying to get support it is none existent. Support doesn’t even answer back on emails.

Was constantly nagged to perform a firmware update on my NVR and migrate to their Lorex Cloud app (which, surprise surprise, is actually WORSE than the Lorex Secure app). Avoid buying Lorex products. Avoid using their software. Blue Iris is calling my name.

I’m buying a new camera system due to the fact they cannot make an app that functions. 3rd forced change in as many years and this update may be the worst. Not intuitive, buggy, I’ll be choosing a different provider.

I was made to upgrade to Lorex Cloud which is crap but where’s my saved videos and pics. I saved them for a reason. Hate everything Lorex.

App worked great but I started getting a message the app was “no longer supported after Aug 15th” and wanted be to install Lorex Cloud which is older and less user friendly as an “upgrade”. I loved this app and wanted to keep using it, I hate the lorex cloud app. Why was this app no longer supported?

App is better now than it was with the latest app update and NVR firmware update. You need both updates, after that yes the app works faster and more reliable with just a few minor crashes. However the app doesn’t match the NVR options and some options that are in the app doesn’t work. This app is ok but is not near what could be or what the customers who paid top dollars for a Lorex system would expect. Is a Shame. Lorex need to Start to invest in software development, design, and infrastructure.

Your updated app does not work, we can’t see 3 of the 4 cameras we have set up. We’ve tried calling your customer service but your wait time is extremely long. I've only been able to speak with one person since the update and that person transferred me to another line in which there was no answer. What’s the point of having a customer service if I’m going to be waiting for more than an hour to not get the help that I need? What’s the point of having cameras if I cannot see anything? This is so frustrating!

Updating this app was a mistake. It diconnected my system. Trying to connect I get a message that as of Aug 15, this app no longer works. Buy a need system. Up yours.
