Customer Service Issues / Non Working Camera’s after app update. – Lorex Secure Review

Worst customer service ever. Lorex recently put out updates for their Lorex Secure and Flir Secure apps for iPhone and IPad. After downloading the updated apps, I could no longer access my cameras. After notifying Lorex, they took almost two weeks to respond. I spent approximately two hours on the telephone with a technician today and he was unable to resolve my issue. He has turned the matter over to their “level 3” technicians. Who knows when I’ll hear from them.
