Good overall. Easy to set up. Only thing I wish is that you could set notifications for specific cameras or set different notifications per camera (ex. only notify me of front door movement between 10pm and 6am. That would warrant a five star.

So I went to use the app ( flir ) and to my surprise I’m being force to change without notice. Ok, so downloaded the new app. Now I’m still not able to login. Had sent a PW reset 10 times and still waiting. I’m still getting notifications from old app, but can’t get in cause no option for it. Would had been nice if you guys had sent emails out to prepare people for this inconvenience that I’m sure I’m not the only one. Still waiting for a reset email............

I used to be able to monitor our cameras from my iPad, but since the iPad was upgraded the app doesn’t work. When will you be upgrading the iPad App to iOS 11?

Unable to connect to cameras after last update

The last few days, I’ve been unable to connect to my cameras. I sent a report the way of the app, but I have not heard back

Notifications rarely go off if ever. Intentionally tested it and nothing. If it does go off, it doesn’t tell me what camera is going off. Just gives me the uid of my nvr. Defeats the whole purpose of having motion detection alerts. Camera system is awesome. App needs a lot of improvement.

Very long load times on app. Painfully slow and glitchy. Decent hardware but very poor software.

I can’t view my cameras but I can login?! Don’t update . I get a message saying “access denied, check with owner “ I am The Owner! Update05/12/18: works great, better than the recommended “FLIR” app. Takes some finagling to get it right though.

I have to reinstall this app each time my battery goes off, because it will not start and instead it crush. Their cams are good, but this app makes them useless.

I recently purchased the wireless security camera system and am very pleased with the app interface and system. It performs very well and the install was easy. The only thing I would have done different is buy the 4 cell batteries for longer times between charges. Great Product!
