New app is missing features for FLIR one pro

After installing the updated app, I can no longer adjust the outline overlay position on saved pictures. I can no longer edit the temperature range in saved pictures either. I have a flir one pro and the old app worked great for making adjustments to the saved image. I contacted support and they ghosted me.
FLIR has removed the most important feature from the app

The previous version of this happen with allow FLIR ONE (not pro) users to lock the temperature spread which would come handy when comparing temperatures on wide areas. I contacted FLIR support and they confirmed that the feature was removed on purpose and not planning to put it back. Their suggestion is to buy the ONE PRO version. ?
First generation FLIR one functionally unsupported

I own a first generation FLIR unit from a couple years ago. It has been (essentially) bricked now since it won’t work with the new app update. I am hoping that either revert a part of the update or I can find how to download a version of the old update. I am both sad and disappointed that my device will not work anymore because of one update. :/

Now my FLIR One works like it should, well except for the battery drains from 100% to 67% the instant I plug it in! But at least the app works and is more functional.

Showed up to an inspection today, hooked up the FLIR, and it didn’t work, how embarrassing!!!!! This new app is not supporting my 5s and 1st generation that I have used for years
Gen One is unusable now

I had a gen one FLIR One for my 5S that worked fine until this update. I’m able to use the camera in other apps, but not the FLIR One app anymore. Was this on purpose or an oversight?

Worked great before they updated the app…now The camera does not show an image on the app. Basically made my FLIR one pro worthless. Called customer service and they said they have had a ton of reports of this issue and they don’t have a fix. Thanks for nothing…

I bought the FLIR camera about three years ago. New software will not show any of my old FLIR photos.

I was using my flir one gen 2 camera on ios as usual and all of the sudden this new app came up. I cannot see any defined images like I used to do just a simple yellow stain without any definitions. The camera is totally useless. I cannot believe a company like Flir is forcing as to buy a new camera. If Flir does’t solve this asap certainly my next thermal shall not be a Flir. In the company we do have more Flir cameras and equipment but certainly we shall put the eye on Fluke for renewals if this is Flir new policy forcing their clients to throw to the trash their older cameras.
