I personally have had nothing but great experiences with cleanly. The app is very easy and convenient. I have not any issues with my clothing. I receive my clothing back on time the next day clean, folded, and all accounted for. I have been letting them wash for me for the past month twice a month. Also, I had a question one time and they were very quick to respond on the app.

i tried cleanly because several laundromats in my area closed due to the pandemic. there is absolutely nothing convenient about this app. - usually you cannot schedule for day-of pickup and be ready to be without your laundry for at least two days. this is somewhat forgivable given current circumstances. - both times i used it my underwear and unpaired socks were thrown into a bag unfolded. i am paying 2x the price of local drop off (3x the price of doing it myself)—the laundry should come back ready to be put away. - the second (and last) time, several of my clothes came back damaged (with holes), some whites turned pink, and everything reeked of scented detergent/softener when my settings specify unscented. i was offered a credit which i will not be using. avoid cleanly if you can. give your business directly to you neighborhood laundromat.

I’m so happy I found cleanly. I live in a fifth floor walk up so laundry day was such a hassle but cleanly is a dream! it’s so easy to use, and worth every penny. I really recommend the “leave at door” feature. You don’t have to wait around for a delivery window, and it’s contactless which is especially helpful amid this time of social distancing.


ENTIRE LOAD OF LAUNDRY LOST

As of a week ago Cleanly informed me that my latest load of laundry, that was already 2 days late in delivery (which includes most of my bedding, all of my towels, and the majority of my summer clothes and underwear) HAS ENTIRELY GONE MISSING. All items were in a Cleanly bag with the proper labeling. Additionally they have still gone ahead and charged me for cleaning the large load of laundry $45. There is no number to contact them directly and all I get is emails saying items are not "lost" but "misplaced in their facility". This is all during a time in which I have currently been unemployed for 2 months and am not in position to replace items. This is blatantly unacceptable!! NEVER USE THIS SERVICE THEY WILL LOSE YOUR CLOTHES AND NOT REIMBURSE YOU FOR ANYTHING!

Idk what’s with all the negative reviews. I had a great experience. Ordered around 6am one day, and pickup game at 830AM, nearly exact. They had a 1 hour time frame 830-930. I left my clothes in a large bag outside my apartment. The guy even called me when he was downstairs to make sure he had the right place and apartment (I have a confusing building). They brought my clothes back neatly flooded and separated based on undergarments, colors, types of clothing and put back into my laundry bag delivered right to my door well within the 3 hour time block. I had ordered prior to reading any reviews, while the order was in place, I got concerned reading the reviews. So I felt obligated to write this to hopefully reassure anyone placing an order. I personally didn’t have any problems and had a pleasant experience.

I previously used your service out of desperation, then stopped as I wasn’t happy with how the clothes came back, quickly folded and packed in. Since we are back in desperate times.. I decided to try again and the quality has significantly improved. Clothes folded precisely, sorted by category.. really nice. Thank you

I missed work this morning because I have no clean clothing to wear! I stay at park central and my clothing was taken to the New Yorker without my knowledge or permission. This is probably KRUICALs fault but cleanly should have made efforts to let people know there clothing was some place other than at park central. You guys have no problem contacting me when my payment is not on file.... so what’s the excuse ??
