Only got a third of my laundry back

This is my first time ever using Cleanly and right away they pick up 35 lbs of laundry and bring me back 10lbs. I told the delivery guy that laundry was missing and he basically told me it’s not his problem. I contacted support and I’m told it’ll take 10 days, that’s if they even find it at all, and to start sending them links for the items I’m missing so they can search for it. No comp or credit is offered of course. Absolutely terrible first time experience. Recommend to everyone to look elsewhere.

I never have written a review for a company, but after having my $1100 sweater “lost” my first time using the app, I am more than ready to write. They lost my sweater in November and now, several months/emails later in MARCH I am getting offered a measly $90 reimbursement. Disgusting and shameful. Better off washing on your own

Cleanly delivers my laundry neatly folded (even the socks!) and on time, which is really all I can ask for. The concierges are friendly, professional, and punctual, even at 7 am.

Late pickup, terrible customer support

Nice UX/UI... bad service. My pickup came nearly an hour past the scheduled window of time I’ve been asked to wait around. When I reached out to customer support, they didn’t offer any explanation, nor did they offer type of reimbursement or discount on a future order, they just said “sorry.” This is inconvenient... I suggest using a local laundry service instead.

I ignored the other warnings in the reviews and sent a bag of laundry in for a wash. I received an email 2 days later saying they had lost my bag. That’s it. Nothing they can do, and it’s been a couple weeks. Half of my closet is gone just like that. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Clothes arrived over a week later than I was originally told. Also, after the 4th delay, I expressed concern and was told my clothes were lost and they would only search for 10 days. When I expressed frustration, they would ignore my messages.

The 5 star reviews are all fake in the App Store. You need look no further than Google Reviews, but if you find yourself still considering their service, just take a look at their F rating and 40 complaints filed with the BBB. They will blatantly lie to your face multiple times, clothes customer service tickets within seconds so you can’t respond, blame you and try to charge you $$ for their mistakes, and hold your clothes hostage for days with delays you can’t do anything about, then they’ll return your clothing partially missing or damaged. Choose another service ya’ll, this ain’t it.

used it once and will never use again. is this a total scam? got charged more than 3 time for one time laundry will have to reach out couple of time and still did’t get my refund. The customer services are full of attitude. what a joke

Overpriced, shrunk clothes

Decided to try something different since my current laundromat is closed. They claim to wash darks in cold water and regular drying. Yet they managed to dramatically shrink my clothes, it's ridiculous. I have older sweaters that have been washed several more times and they're in substantially better shape. Stay away, they charge you a ton more than any other wash and fold in NYC and do a dramatically worse job.
