Very upoI had to download the app and give all my info, just to find out the service isn't available in my area.

This service saved us on our vacation with our 4 small kids. I downloaded the app - super easy to use. I opted for only wash and fold because of the faster turn around time). They picked up our laundry in the evening. Gave a 1-hour window; arrived in the first 15 minutes. I got updates as to their progress. It was a fraction of the cost of our hotel laundry "27$/shirt"!! We got to keep the laundry bags. Clothes came back the next morning - clean and neatly, simply folded. Separate bags for socks and underwear. I just wish I had this service back home in suburbia!

The app is very sleek and well-designed. However, it turns out that the service is still unavailable in many major U.S. cities. I wouldn't hold this against them except that they don't tell you whether or not the service is available until after you've created an account and turned over all your personal information.

Wow, worst service ever. 1) they gave me someone else's laundry. 2) My actual laundry ended up with someone else 3) After days of hounding and false promises I finally got my clothes back. They were wrinkled and ruined! 4) They refunded me THE OTHER PERSONS bill!! My bill was $200, they refunded me $34! My expensive clothes were ruined and I'm out both time and money. Terrible service.

I have been using cleanly for the past six months and their new overnight feature is just magic! I give my dirty laundry at night and I wake up to a fresh bag of clean clothes. The quality is significantly better than the cleaner on the block.
