Clothing took to a different location without my knowledge or permission. – ByNext - Home Help, Delivered Review

I missed work this morning because I have no clean clothing to wear! I stay at park central and my clothing was taken to the New Yorker without my knowledge or permission. This is probably KRUICALs fault but cleanly should have made efforts to let people know there clothing was some place other than at park central. You guys have no problem contacting me when my payment is not on file.... so what’s the excuse ??
