Cleanly is very convenient here in NYC where you may live at a 5 floor walk up. Never had any issues and the clothes come back very clean. Thanks!

They will completely shrink all of your clothes or come back with missing items. DO NOT USE!!!!!

I love cleanly! The app is super easy to use and everyone I've dealt with has been very helpful. My laundry always smells great is us folded nicely. I once had an issue with getting charged and almost delivered someone else's laundry but Customer Service got it all taken care of and my clothes were delivered on time. I use the Reserve membership and I highly recommend it! It really pays itself off.

Haven’t had any issues with my clothing and the staff/couriers are very friendly and helpful. However, recently I gave them a load of laundry and I needed it returned in a timely fashion. Cleanly delayed the delivery by two days and kept changing the drop off time. It ruined my plans more than once. Won’t be using Cleanly again

You guys have damaged my clothes for the 3rd time now. This is the 2nd time my dry cleaning got thrown in the wash

A Bot is NOT Customer Service

I waited 3.5 hours for my delivery and missed a half-day of work while the Cleanly Bot lead me to believe it would be just another 15 minutes. I understand unforeseen circumstances. What I find so infuriating is that there is no way to connect with a human being for service. The Bot’s giving me a $5. Trivializes the issue. They may know how to wash and fold, but they need to learn consideration for the customer’s time. Customers before Bots.

Thanks to cleanly, I’m able to cross one annoying chore off my list. The concierges are always super friendly, which, when you live on the 5th floor doesn’t always happen. Easy pick up and delivery right at my door. Please make it easier to tip concierges in app! Sometimes I get the option and sometimes I don’t.

They currently have misplaced our entire laundry bag of clothes with no explanation- not a missing item, the entire bag. Impossible to get in touch with someone in customer service, and this was only brought to our attention because they kept delaying our drop off by a day. Had I not called I would have no idea that all of my belongings are MISSING. Save yourself the hassle, use a different service.

So I pay for the reserve membership because it says you can get free rush delivery, which would be great if it were ever actually available (it's never once been an option). 8 out of 10 times they have to reschedule drop off and most the time that reschedule gets rescheduled. So if you need your clothes on time, this isn't the app to do it. Try something else

Currently waiting for my laundry that is over 45 minutes late. It’s a work day and I need one of the items being returned for a meeting this afternoon so I have no choice but to wait. The “support” section within the app doesn’t allow you to type what your issue is so there’s no real help there. No one is replying to my texts or emails. Obviously there is no phone number to call. Do NOT use this app
