I’ve been using Cleanly for 2 years and it’s super easy to use. The convenience of an at-home pick-up and drop-off is a game changer.

Do they wash your clothes? Yes. But the service, sneaky billing, time/schedule changes, and mistakes have all become increasingly worse over time and the entire business model is becoming less customer-focused. They also ask for customer feedback in surveys and promptly ignore all the suggestions given to them!
Not worth it

The service is overpriced, they squeeze in all kinds of additional costs, tried to charge me $15 for a comforter that was actually a bathrobe, not to mention their ridiculous, constantly changing arrival time estimates. If you’re going to use them, save up some money and don’t make any plans.

Although the initial order was good because I saved so much money, the pillows were still wet when they were returned. With the second order, somebody else’s clothes were returned with mine, plus some items weren’t fully dried. I won’t be using Cleanly again.
Clean Clothes!!!

So even before it was a pandemic and all the laundromats closed I was using Cleanly. There’s never been a problem with pick up there’s never been a problem with delivery and everything comes back clean. But during this difficult time I’ve been able to get clean clothes picked up and delivered by people who smile and engage with me. And that little bit of interaction has been meaningful. Clean clothes are a wonderful thing. We take it for granted but it’s a wonderful thing.

Love using Cleanly. So easy, affordable, and convenient. I hate wasting time doing laundry, so they are the perfect solution. I’ve been using them for months and never had an issue!

So I’ve had trouble with laundry in the past and now it’s gotten easier to take care of thanks to Cleanly! I get it back in 1-2 days after getting it picked up. It’s super convenient!

Let me save you some time and money, don’t download this app! I've lost money from the poor execution of this app. I love the idea in theory but in reality they lose your clothes, don’t deliver on time and will take zero accountability. just don’t do it!!!
