I sent in my clothes for wash and fold and dry cleaning. Once I got around to going through my laundry, SEVERAL items had brown stains that I did not cause. They were stained along folds, inside the collar, etc so it was obviously done by the people laundering my clothes!! I lost some favorite shirts that are no longer sold, and the in-app help system doesn’t allow me to fully submit my claim. PANTIES ARE MISSING. I paid $76 for 30 pounds of laundry and one dress to be dry cleaned. DOUBLE what I would have paid to go and have the same service done down my block. UNACCEPTABLE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I like cleanly because it’s convenient and I love the way their detergent smells. Of course your clothes should smell clean but something about their detergent that smells amazing every single time. I have been using them for a little over a month and am very satisfied.

My apartment was a mess due to a subletter. ByNext was convenient, reasonably priced, and had amazing quality service!! My apartment was sparkling clean within a couple of hours!! I am so impressed by how easy it was! I will definitely be using this app again!

They always lose items. And their “cleaning” process trashed your clothes.

1/3 Clothing came back with *new* stains 2/3 Dropped off my clothes at somebody else’s house 3/3 Cleaner wanted me to walk down the block to deliver my laundry while she waited in her car. Customer service basically told me to go ef myself. Good luck!

My clothes were wrapped in what looks and SMELLS like a used contractor bag. Additionally, even though there’s an option for them to ‘leave bag at door’, my buzzer gets rung, I am called, and texted to come outside with urgency. Why is there no option to show the driver to leave the bag at the door?! Overpriced service, find somewhere else, you’ll be better off.

I used to love your service, but I’m not sure what happened? It’s just like every single order you would get worse and worse and I would tell myself, next time would be better. But overtime the service has gotten not only worse, but more expensive and It’s just not worth it anymore. I wish you guys were the company you used to be.

As a previous employee my expectations were high. My first time being a customer was horrific. They lost all my items and refuse to reimburse me for all lost items and refuse to refund me for the service. I’m beyond upset and disappointed I lost over $2k worth if items. I hope this business shuts down very soon.

cleanly has been so useful for a busy student such as myself. all three times i have used the service so far there have been no hiccups. pick-up is always on time, and drop off is kind and quick. this service leaves my clothes clean, smelling good but not overwhelming, and with crisp folds. i will definitely rely on cleanly going forward! the app is easy to use and doesn’t yank you around with many features. i appreciate that it is straightforward in its interface.

Truly the WORST service imaginable. Not just for laundry, but in the history of service. They NEVER deliver on time so don’t ever think you’ll get your laundry in 24 hrs, or 48hrs, or 36 hours! They LOSE your belongings. IF anything is delivered, it’s still WET, even after 3 days to dry. Their customer service will then offer your $5. Any rating above a star on here is completely fake. Save yourself the time and money. Working it out with my lawyers now.
