Have had this app for a couple years- it stopped working- tap to open & it says THIS APP CANNOT BE UPLOADED- deleted and will retry. It has never helped at all. I have VERY LITTLE data UNLESS I am on my own (non ATT) WiFi. It is so slow I can rarely connect to anything much less load pics- then I can’t mark the problem with this app. I see new phones on the ATT site say they may slow data down if they are busy... is this just during Covid- or across the board?! I’m paying $400 a month for TV and phones... and they rarely work :(

Pretty sure this app does absolutely nothing. Submit findings all the time and nothing changes. All I ever get is the same canned text message that says thanks for the info we’re working on making things better. Also for a multi billion dollar company I’m pretty sure they can afford to update their app design since the iPhone 3G. Lol it’s pathetic.

The app is a joke. Used for a few years now. And made many reports for places that should have reception, and no changes in 3+ years, and ran hundreds of diag’ s and sent reports. But, a good way to waste 30 seconds thinking maybe it will accomplish something....

This app looks as if it was developed in the 1990s. Aside from needing an overhaul, it would be ideal for this functionality to be in the MyATT app and sunset this one.

I almost never do reviews, but this “service” is so bad that I feel I must. There are many annoyances, but two of the biggest are: 1) You cannot delete submissions. I still get submission follow up from 2014. Seriously? 2) There must be a big in their system because suddenly I am getting 10-20 texts PER DAY thanking me for my submission...when I have not made one in WEEKS. Worst, typing STOP, the universal STOP TEXTING ME does not work. They are all idiots and I am hoping this review is brought to their attention. STOP STOP STOP STOP TEXTING ME YOU MORONS!

I filed about 10 mark the spot this past week. This morning at 3 AM I was thanked by AT&T over and over with text messages. I have been using this app for over a year and have still not seen any improvements to my problem areas. Getting thank you responses at 3AM does not improve your service

Submitted a few reports over the years, no improvements. Even worse, got spammed with over 100 identical text messages within a matter of minutes thanking me for submitting a report!! Total incompetence!

First the result of submissions are indeterministic at best. Second the path to opting out of AT&T selling your days fails to launch on a mobile device (from a mobile company). The Network News is mostly completely irrelevant to you. There is no attempt to filter this for the users relevance or area. I’m not wading through 40 messages to see what is relevant to me. The final straw was receiving 17 identical SMS messages saying “ AT&T Free Msg: We appreciate you letting us know about your data experience. We heard you, and we're working to improve the experience!” Each message was about 2-3 minutes apart. The only way to stop it was to block the number! And the last time I reported an issue was about 2 weeks ago. I even tried sending “feedback” through the feedback button and received an error message. This has to be about one of the worst apps in the App Store except the original “fart application”. I take it back. The “fart app” worked.

Worthless app it seems. Has AT&T ever looked at the reports made? And why have I gotten 60+ messages this morning (in less than 30 minutes) of the same 2 generic responses. So annoying. Fix this!

The app works...barely. It will be better when optimized for all current and modern iOS devices with a more modern interface and advantage of full screen.
