Slow to launch & GPS locator off & will not submit error reports

ChiTownDave

Application is also slow to launch and slow to submit data to AT&T. I should not have to stay in the application for reports to be submitted. Even when connected to Wifi I cannot get app to submit cached submissions (even after relaunching app). Wifi calling is also a joke because the handoff from cell to wifi network and vice versa is a 2-3 second gap. Further, even when I'm airplane mode with a verified 12 ms ping and 25/5 speeds, phone will not go into wifi calling mode. AT&T's fix for this app is to make it incapable of submitting reports. Apparently for AT&T, ignorance is bliss.

App is a joke

Clearly at&t doesn’t care what you submit in this app. I’ve had no service in the same spot where I used to get full service for 4 days and every day submitted something and no change at all. What a joke and a PR scam.

Needs Optimization

The app still uses a small screen and isn’t optimized for the iPhone X and newer screens. Additionally, the app is quite clunky and slow.

Outdated app

This app is horrible and needs to be updated fast! Not only do I get zero results from numerous “marked spot” issues, the app is slow and annoying.

Awful Awful Awful

Looking to move away from AT&T and on to another carrier. Many submissions and no change.

Mark the spot app.

Sam, H.

Just getting this app is not going to fix your problem, so many people have to get the app in your area then mark their spot when have trouble then after AT&T gets so many marks hit then they’ll send someone out to check the tower in your area and up grade the tower. My problem started in 2018 and my tower is still working on 3 G. I used to have 3 data bars showing now only have one bar showing and it’s showing down and buffering videos.

Waste of time

This is busy work from the good people at at&t , a poor attempt to try to make us believe they are doing something about it.. i guess blaming the “phone” wasn't working anymore.. or the “sim card needs cleaned” ......was obviously a stupid thing to say, I'm just one customer i know this... I'm pretty sure that writing this is also busy work that at&t wont look at but maybe i can save some folks the time and trouble if choosing at&t as their provider .

Service does not improve

ElsewhereIsHere

I frequently submit reports of service issues but nothing ever improves.

What this does.

Just got it after complaining about bad cell coverage at home. No service or one bar which won’t work. This app only collects poor or non service areas that you mark on the map. All carries out here have poor coverage and it was told by the rep that no complaints no fix. I’m tired of paying extra for my internet service to be able to use my phone. As soon as I leave my property a no service dead phone again. Now dropped calls. People call and complain it’s our only hope. I’m 40 miles north of Seattle or less. Businesses and I-5 have reception.

Let them know enough times & it will be fixed

service extended

Hi I used this app over a two month period, about 3-4 times a week from my living room, where I had horrible reception. I believe that I eventually hit a number of complaints that the service ended up being extended to cover my house. I was very specific and I reported it religiously
