This app is useless have been reporting for over 2 years and now during this pandemic we really need services as we are home bound but do you think AT&T cares NOOOOO!!!! Just know I will laugh when you lose current costumers and they dont pay there bills and you go in debt from mass loss cause its going to happen and your going to be begging for customers

I travel the country for work and am constantly reporting coverage outages nationwide that seemingly never improve over the years. I’ve used this app (since my iPhone 3G). Otherwise it is mostly useless, but serves as a way for me to vent my anger and frustration over the spotty coverage around the US.

This app is a great tool for customers to provide instant feedback to AT&T’s Network Operations and Network Development Teams to use as they plan network improvements upgrades or to check in sites that may need slight adjustments or equipment checks. The upshot is, they already know. They see call drops, incomplete calls, Data connection speeds and drops. How else would they be able to throttle?) They also have their Neilson Market Drive Test Rankings. This is true for all the carriers. I’m a legacy BellSouth Mobility customer, and for the first time in 21 years I’m forced to consider changing carriers. (NOTE: The 5 stars are for the app itself and it’s functionality, and in no way reflect my satisfaction with AT&T’s cellular service at my current location. )

No improvements, apparently deaf ears, and they don’t care whether your emergency calls for an ambulance gets dropped or don’t go through. Extremely poor service.

I’ve been submitting info for over four years now and nothing, I mean nothing ever changes. All you get is a canned message that they’re working on it. Don’t waste your time.
Scott??
I do think AT&T actually listens to the feedback from the app (eventually) but the app needs some serious refresh. For example all of the (few) tips it provides are really dated. iOS 4??? Come on.

I’ve been using this app for 3 months now. I’m convinced no action is taken or no one reads these because the service in the area I mark has not improved after numerous reports. This is ridiculous. I’m either forced to move homes or cell phone service providers. Obviously it’ll be the cell phone provider over the home.
