Ancient UI

FM_M

I’m glad this app exists, so problems can be reported in. For those complaining that they report problems and it never gets fixed: giant companies like ATT respond to number of customers reporting issues. If the same customer reports the same issue every day for a month, that’s not as effective as 30 different customers reporting over a month. Form a call tree: you report, then you call some of your neighbors with ATT, who then report and call more neighbors, etc. (If you’re rural, well... you’ve got what you’ve got.) My beef with this app is just that the User Interface hasn’t been updated since it was released in 2009... 10 years ago. It still looks like my phone did then! It never followed the major UI overhaul redesign of iOS 7, nor any of the refinements since then. This is amateur hour, and likely because it was first developed not using the proper tools, and now it can’t be easily updated. Use Swift, gang. Do it right. If that means starting from scratch then do it. Look, ATT: this app represents your brand, and what it says now is old, out of date and out of touch. It says lazy. It says - the irony - that things at ATT never get fixed. Is that the brand message you want to send??

Been wonderful for us!

This app has been fantastic for our rural location. There is only one tower close enough for us to have service and it is a contracted tower, so when we have issues, I “mark the spot” and it is cleared up quickly. Before using the app, it was always a fight with overseas call centers trying to get them to transfer me to the actual ADVANCED tech department who could request maintenance on the tower. I understand the limitations of an app like this and AT&T does not have contracts with every single tower so there are no doubt areas where this app is not helpful. Thankfully for us, it has been a useful tool to alert AT&T of issues, allowing them to be fixed quicker than before we used the app. For that, we are grateful.

Not good!

I have had this app for a while (2yrs) and use it as suggested. I get replies that they received my trouble call/text but it is an automated response and the issues DO NOT get resolved! I never get coverage in the areas I have sent responses about. It even says that when it gets to a location to send the message will let me know. Very upset with the coverage issues.

Haha pretty stupid app

How do you pin point a spot with no coverage? Someone didn’t think that far ahead.

App needs updating

The way things are going, at some point this app will no longer work at all.

App to make us feel like we’re helping

iemmadrummer

I believe this app was designed with the sole intent to let us vent our frustration with AT&T and nothing more. I have had poor service for the past 4 years; barely have 2 bars anywhere, LTE in my own home, and constant dropped calls or sounds like the other person is saying every other few syllables. I’m just going to report bad service hourly until I’m blue in the fingers. Even if it’s falling on deaf ears.

Nice but is useless

Huntress101

ZERO STARS-They don’t fix it unless a thousand people report the same problem App is totally useless. Only way they use this app and fix problems is to call the FCC. Then they follow through their completions that they fixed it but it’s not always true that it’s fixed. You report it and they just delete it call the FCC if you really want something done about it. Looks like I will be calling them again soon

Update this app!!!

cchubbuck

App is very old. Hopefully the data you give it is used by someone at att but I’m suspect because of how completely old this app appears to be. Seems very neglected.

Screenshots are from ages ago

iOS tips screenshots in the app are from prehistoric iOS dates (okay, so clearly there’s history, but these images are ancient!) The basis of the app is good but at least go through and fully update every bit of the interface and screenshot from a current iOS! ???

Not Happy

I have been using this app for over a year. NOTHING has changed in my service. I was told when I got these new iPhones that my signal would be better and ATT has plenty of towers in my area, etc. Well NO. My signal is worse than my prepaid, and now I’m in a contract for 2 years. I’ve seen no change since I report constantly on this app. I don’t think anyone even reads them. You get an automatic message after each submission, so no I don’t recommend this app. I think it’s a waste of time.
