Has not fully improved my service

zzzxxx2019

AT&T acknowledges that it received my submission & is working to improve, but after complaining daily several times per day the issues are not fully resolved. Maybe ever so slightly.

Do you lice a useless app? Well, you’re in luck; try this!

Sad-Faced Chef

Hi! Welcome to AT&T! We tell you to download this crappy app rather than fix the connectivity issues you may experience in your house. You pay for cell service that you don’t get, and instead you have to use your internet for service. Basically we charge you and in return you get the run around with this app. Pretty cool, huh?

Horrible app

Litchfield beach bum

I really thought this would help me with my “non existent” service in, around and near my house. I pay way too much money to not be able to get calls at my one house. Especially when they want us all to stay home S much as possible!

Outdated and Useless

App is very outdated and almost useless. One of the tips for optimization was to ensure 3G is available with a screenshot from 7 iPhone generations ago. We are in the age of 5G. Please update this app to make it more user-friendly and generation-appropriate. I usually have no issues with ATT but this is DEFINITELY a problem especially when customer service reps are referring people to this app in times of suspected outages!

Dumb and broken

Turnkit

App asks for location data to report robocalls. Why?!!? App asks for feedback but when entered shows, “something went wrong.”

Please fix this app

Stevers80

This app is very helpful, however it no longer informs you when an issue has been fixed you have to manually click on completed improvements and or upcoming improvements either one causes the app to freeze if you wait for like 2 minutes it will show you info on a map where a new tower has been put in an area that you specified saying that the technical issue has been fixed, it’s kind of fun when you can he AT&T out

Worthless App

Fryether

The app is useless if you don’t respond to the complaints. My commute to work has had the same dead spot for years and you haven’t done a thing about it in spite of me flagging it several times.

It "works"

TheJaded0ne

The only reason it's gets one is because I cant give it zero, and because it technically works. For some reason half of my house is in a dead zone so in our kitchen service is amazing and fast, but the second I go sit on the couch it cuts out. I've been using this app for at least 2 years and as of recently I've had to use it at least 10 times in a day just to keep my service reasonable. So your data stops "oh no" you think but at least you've got the app right? Wrong! You submit a ticket and your data picks back up, just to slow down 5 minutes later when they think they can just get away with it. If my family didn't have a contract I'd have us switch to any and I mean ANY other service provider.

No longer supported?

philipBZ

I’m on the phone with Tech Support right now, and they’re telling me that this app was retired about a year ago. I’ve not been able to run diagnostics at least since the start of the year.

AT&T is Evil

RLE2015

This app is useless I have been reporting for over 2 years and have seen no results we need a tower and you refuse to build one and now during this pandemic we really need services as we are home bound but do you think AT&T cares NOOOOO!!!! Just know I will laugh when you lose your current costumers and they dont pay there bills and you go bankrupt from mass loss cause its going to happen and I speak it against you and your going to be begging for customers do you think they care if it goes to collections for non payment NOOOOO!!! I know I wouldnt I always dispute the debt
