Best service

jroach420

Sorry, but your just plane stupid if you think metro is better! ? I’ve tried a lot of other carriers and AT&t has been the best by far. With the Mark the spot app the service issues I have reported have been fixed. Sometimes I have to report an issue multiple times, Which I understand because I’m not there only consumer and no network has perfect coverage. If you want the over all best coverage in the nation, AT&t is the way to go.

Worthless Liars

AT&T is the worst carrier on the planet they wont build towers if they cant profit from it well news flash your never going to profit anyway people leave you everyday with the debt they dont care learn how to treat customers

Doesn’t Work

Daisy5251

It not only doesn’t work, previously 3 years ago when it sometimes worked, the terrible signal was never improved. AT&T established this app to give the customer a false sense of security by letting you think they care about you. Switch Carriers.

POINTLESS

SamD3187

I report data connection issues multiple times a day, multiple days a week, for the past year and still the data in our area doesn't work. Half the time when you mark the spot, if you don't have data connection, it "saves" your report but never sends it. Using this app is a complete waste of time.

AT&T just does't care

BitingChaos

They use to just ignore reports in this app. I have over a dozen pin drops on the map. They no longer upload. This app does nothing. Not only that, the app still uses an ancient iPhone 4 layout, stretched to fit newer displays.

This app made me quit ATT for good

After installing the app and realizing it doesn’t do any do the problem solving ATT promises and then reading how EVERYONE else experiences terrible coverage in major metropolitan areas, I’ve decided I’m leaving ATT for Verizon.

Useless

5 minute apps

As with other users, I was directed to this app by AT&T customer service to report local issues with cell service. For what reason, ultimately, I do not know. The app has as hard a time connecting and locating me in my area with my poor signal strength as anything else has an equal hard a time functioning on a phone with with poor signal strength. When issues are reported, they never change (after several years of reporting the same poor signal just outside the downtown area of a decent-sized coastal city), even when receiving notifications that service has been restored “back to normal.” Reporting issues often just get stuck on the app for days on end because the app cannot connect to report the issue on the first place. When issues do get reported, I’m often bombarded with a steady stream of text receipts, which is wonderful when those come in at 3:00am! An app that is difficult to use, never produces any results, and bombards you with receipts for whatever reason when you do try to use it is pointless and useless. AT&T should stop recommending it and shut it down. The overwhelming amount of poor reviews would seem to agree. My current contract is complete in three months. I keep putting it off but it’s definitely time to switch carriers.

Not worth your time

This app is slow, clunky and not optimized for the newest iPhones, which, coincidently, are all things that also can be said of AT&T’s network.

What is the purpose?

It doesn’t help you. Still no service at home, unless outside. You said this app would tell them where there’s no service. I guess you guys don’t care...

This app is no help at all!

I’ve submitted no less than 100 inquiries. Every time I received a generic text that it’s a big world out there. My family has 4 phones and we went from great service to barely connecting over the last 4 months. I even lost a video call with my doctor. I can’t even say AT&T has poor service. It more like no service. I will be changing to a different carrier once my contact is over.
