I’ve been using this app for almost 9 months no improvements to the network every time I complain there’s no response every time I call customer service I get disrespected and cursed at when I’m completely complaining about there network and the way they treat their customers they over charged me for unnecessary things the network needs major improvements as well as this app I’ve been a customer for 9 years using this app and they say they’ve fixed the issue but apparently not true at all cause I still have no coverage and they wonder why the fcc is on them and why Custumers are leaving

I thought this would be helpful in making the reception on my phone better where I live. It’s just as useless as AT&T’ It’s another College Football game and I can’t get reception in my home! Come on AT&T!

App is still too buggy it crashes and freezes quits in the middle of operating

Been using the app for several years. Absolutely zero feedback from AT&T nor any service improvement. AT&T was good in the beginning news about new towers, status of network outages etc etc etc. once the guy who was the founder of this app retired, the focus shifted away.

App is a kinda ugly web view, and it’s letterboxed on new phones. An intern could probably refresh this pretty nicely.

I am on the phone with AT&T customer support and was just told this app no longer works with their system. This is a waste of space on the phone and does nothing but maybe make the customer feel better about poor service.

The only thing worse than the app is the AT&T network in West Texas in and around Midland. The app always reports issues in area when I report no or bad connectivity and says they are working in it but never see any resolutions or improvement. Might be time for a longtime customer to shop around. Actually it may be overdue. For all the money AT&T makes its time they reinvest in their product and put out a quality service.

I used for many years and it never provided anything useful. Don’t waste time they are not going to do anything to improve network except what is absolutely necessary

This app has a terrible name; I can never find it on my phone when I need it. Doesn’t even say “AT&T” as part of it. Please rename it something like “crappy coverage“ or something. I’m marking the LACK of something, after all.

We are a small town dependent upon tourism. Residents and tourists alike have spotty, often non-existent coverage. We are told cell towers are the problem. Our economy is dependent on good services. Are there any plans for improvement?
