Simple form - 3 questions and it crashes trying to submit. So much for trying to submit feedback on gaps in their network coverage. They obviously don't give a crap.

Do they ever clear? What’s the point of marking spots if they never transmit because there isn’t any service. I’m leaving AT&T for TMobile. Better service & they offer 140 free countries which is great for me as I work for an airline.

What’s the point of this app? To make you think ATnT is actually fixing your issues. This way, you will internalize and never publicly complain.

First thing he asks for the text - that’s not a robocall, that’s a robotext. Second, the instructions for sending the number of the robotext doesn’t relate to my iPhone screens. Finally, the reception confirmation text is meaningless corporate speak. We used to do a lot better in the 1980’s customer service. The database does have a decent memory. Five years after I indicated problems in a vacation spot I got a notice they got a new tower. Wow!

They never actually do anything when you submit the report. Where I work there is no service, I have been reporting for 6 months and still have same problem. Please fix then 5 Star

This app was used to improve service try to improve service but AT&T has completely stopped paying attention to it. The service never improves and I’m pretty sure that AT&T has hasn’t done anything with the data since 2016.

You get the same canned answers saying they are aware of a technical issue in the area regardless of what type of issue you report, including the reporting of robocalls. Why bother?

It’s been 14+ months since it’s been updated. Please update so that it’s compatible with iOS 11. On iOS 11, the app is very unstable and freezes a lot on my 7+. The app also closes unexpectedly and freezes a lot. Please include more upcoming improvements to the wireless network so that customers who are having problems with network coverage issues can have something to look forward to and not keep bugging technical support. Thank you Also please update so that it’s compatible with the iPad on iOS 11. When I try to submit a ticket on the app with my iPad, the app automatically closes without the ticket being submitted. Thank you

Works on iPhone, albeit with an embarrassingly ugly UI, but crashes on my LTE iPad the moment I click “Submit.”
