Little action, no privacy options, spam texts and Network News is 100% user unfriendly – AT&T Mark the Spot Review

First the result of submissions are indeterministic at best. Second the path to opting out of AT&T selling your days fails to launch on a mobile device (from a mobile company). The Network News is mostly completely irrelevant to you. There is no attempt to filter this for the users relevance or area. I’m not wading through 40 messages to see what is relevant to me. The final straw was receiving 17 identical SMS messages saying “ AT&T Free Msg: We appreciate you letting us know about your data experience. We heard you, and we're working to improve the experience!” Each message was about 2-3 minutes apart. The only way to stop it was to block the number! And the last time I reported an issue was about 2 weeks ago. I even tried sending “feedback” through the feedback button and received an error message. This has to be about one of the worst apps in the App Store except the original “fart application”. I take it back. The “fart app” worked.
