Useless game of whack a mole!

35rock

I downloaded this app at the suggestion of an att rep. because of frequent dropped calls, voicemails arriving days after they were sent, and No Service notifications. There has been no improvement to our “service” despite regular notification from me through the app. And now the automated messages from att have started coming in rapid succession- 40 at a time. It’s a blitzkrieg of useless text messages. Don’t give yourself a headache with this app! Don’t download it.

AT&T - this is HORRIBLE

I don’t think it is possible to design a more 2007 style App and then provide garbage support rk the App. This is really bad - not what I expected from a company that until lately I thought was on the ball. This is straight up garbage.

AT&T created a spam tool

Any time a report is submitted I receive dozens of these text replies for days: ‘AT&T Free Msg: We appreciate you letting us know about your data experience. We heard you, and we're working to improve the experience!’ No service improvement only dozens of spam messages. AT&T will you ever care about your customers?

Useless

This is useless. I have not seen ANY improvement in my speed. It's actually worse. I pay too much money to have AT&T slow my speed down because I use my phone. Because THAT is exactly what they are doing. I am giving it ONE star because I am forced to. ATT deserves NO STARS!!! Update! 7/4/2020 STILL no improvement and NOW, today, I am receiving text after text after text from this app. I replied stop and the text messages keep coming, every 4-5 minutes!!! I deleted the app because of this and they keep coming!!!! Please STOP!! There is absolutely no where to go, to call, to email to get this issue resolved! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

Can you stop this app from sending me messages?????

BlickTX

This abandoned app is still sending me messages. It’s obvious the only thing working relating to this app is auto-responses. There is absolutely nothing in the way of helpfulness here. I’ve received a dozen messages today: “ AT&T Free Msg: Thanks for sharing your data experience. We'll use your submission to help improve our network.” Worthless - I haven’t submitted a dozen complains in the last two or three years. Each screen I opened on my phone had to be retried. Take this off the App Store. It is absolutely useless. Non-informative, and no longer makes customers think something will be done.

Great app if you want spam texts

lookingFORaPINT

At time of writing I have received 35 texts today from this app. There is no stop or unsubscribe from the texts. This is harassment.

Awful, terrible, horrible and then there are texts

Apparently neither the developers or ATT care about these reviews. Clearly, the consumer has been willing to try the app, yet the developers do not value the consumers enough to update, repair or even acknowledge the issues.

Multiple notifications

user3435556764

When submitting a network report, the thank you message is sent multiple times several times a day from just one submission.

Tried this for a year... Nothing changes! A waste of time!

As per an AT&T rep, this app is supposed to help them locate weak spots so that they can fix things. I’ve been using it for over a year and have noticed no changes. The weak service areas remain, and I can’t use the Internet on cellular data. Plus, the calls keep dropping, and the service is patchy at best.

Useless app.

ChazL4

Nearly as useless as some of the chat support you get from AT&T. No significant updates or improvements in months. And - like many others: I cannot use WiFi calling..and also when I report an issue via this app - it sends me back multiple alerts. Basically useless.
