This app looks like it was designed for the original IPhone. It looks really antiquated. Aside from an automated text, I get no other feedback that it’s working and the AT&T coverage in my area stinks.

I have used this app many times over the past year or so especially in the last month. My iPhone service is terrible to the point of not having service at times. I have reported this “no service” on the Mark the Spot app with no reply EVER or no explanation EVER! Totally useless! I am really ready to drop AT&T for another provider, they simply do not care about their customers.

It’s a waste of time. Been at my office a couple miles from downtown and the data speeds here have never been over 1mbps. It says 4g LTE but THEIR LTE GETS CRUSHED BY EVERYONE ELSE.
The app may good. But if it is AT&T does not use it to improve performance.

Been here 8 years and using the app for 3 or 4. There has been zero improvement for reception. We can’t make calls or receive calls from our house frequently( cell phones). Used Speed check and the speed is an average of 5mb but dips below 2mb. They are apparently using a Sprint tower.
FOR NOW, NOV18,2019 I’m gonna try this even it’s said 2 stars or 1 stars!

Not sure why this app is here! SHUT IT DOWN ATT AND STOP WASTING CUSTOMERS MONEY! Or get this things work! IS THIS WHY WE SPEND OUR MONEY AT FIRST PLACE? Hire ppl create b.s. and IT DOESN’T even work or HELP! This world is STUPID LOAD UP WITH BUNCH OF LIES!

Okay so I’ve used this app for a while now. I’ve seen some improvements but not much. The app is EXTREMELY outdated compared to other ATT apps. Just needs a lot of work.

I have used this app over and over and have marked the poor signal we have dozens of times. If the report even goes through, I am pretty sure it doesn’t go anywhere. This must be one of those apps to just make people feel like they are reporting something to someone but in reality it’s all fake.

I was disappointed to learn that this app will let you report network issues for the purpose of capturing data. It does NOT alert techs of a problem to resolve. If you have continued trouble you should call Advanced Tech Support and initiate a trouble ticket.
