*** Warning for All *** A couple of years ago I purchased a few cameras and now Amazon is not supporting the software even after multiple calls they have nothing to offer they also will not take back the hardware with a refund. This is poor customer support.

Hopefully you didn’t waste your money purchasing one of these cameras. Since the latest apple update they are no longer supported.
Very clear video, audio cuts out

Video is great and very clear, app is easy to use, the audio dies cut out sometimes when I’m looking at the video live which is very annoying. This may be an issue with my phone and not the app but I don’t know for sure. I see the app hasn’t been updated in a year so wondering if that would fix the problem.

My app only works sometimes. I constantly have to tinker with and troubleshoot to get it up and running. Once I finally get it to work, it works for about an hour then quits again. I have called Amazon support twice and while they are friendly, they don’t offer anything in terms of solutions. They keep telling me there is a back end problem that their engineers are working to fix and that it is the highest of priority since it deals with security.

Best camera ever that Amazon abandoned

For indoor security cameras this is by far the best camera I’ve ever used. It is discrete, aside from the green light that you can place a piece of black electric tape over and then nobody sees it, and it doesn’t click and turn on a bright blue light like the Blink cameras that I think they (Amazon) switched to and stopped supporting the cloud cam. Blink is a JOKE! And the cloud cam was the greatest thing they walked away from. I’m so disappointed that Amazon abandoned this camera and the app. Why did they get conned into Blink? I sure wish the cameras were compatible with someone else’s app. Shame on you Amazon!

I loved this camera and app for live views of my dogs when I wasn’t home. The live views Stopped working & other than resetting, re-registering Amazon offers no solutions. Basically they discontinued & don’t give a crap about people who previously bought the product such a shame.
