The camera itself has good vision and function. The app is the problem. On an iPhone X the app fails to display any kind of recordings. My S.O. has the same application on an Android device, and they have no issues pulling up the recordings. I know it is recording but it is inaccessible to me on the application. This defeats half the purpose; if I’m unable to see the recordings and I’m forced to watch it Live only, then using it as a security camera serves little to no purpose as I lose all ability to actually see what has gone on and save any of the recordings.

The app no longer works. Completely unusable. I’d like my money back if you are going to make this a paper weight. Now the app just tries to connect and never connects.

It’s a good camera if you’re an idiot. Do you like being logged out for no reason? Do you like poor quality video?

Unless you’re willing to login every single day when you do finally need to view some thing it takes up to an hour or longer to get things to download to the current point. It’s absolutely insane and with all the technology out there I would never waste my time buying this piece of crap again.

Can only get live when connected to the WiFi the camera is on. The app says there are no events when I PAY monthly for storage

Software is to bear bone . you can’t record when you want to you can’t just snap a picture it’s too limited You have no options if you don’t subscribe to the online service if you can’t do anything you can’t marquee around do not record object . you don’t want I’ll have to subscribe to get anything It needs better software BAD
