I bought this on prime day and it was so easy to set up and use. Very intuitive app. All kinds of good function. I am going to add more cameras. I see the app can handle 10. Nicely done Amazon!
Great Camera, Good App

Quality of the camera is fantastic. Paid $60 on Prime day for the camera, and I already feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. Devs: Please know that the app crashes when zooming in on live video when the phone is in landscape full screen viewing mode. Overall the app is simple but intuitive and effective. Notifications work with consistency and minimal delay for me (iPhone 8+).

The camera is good and quite handy. Unfortunately, the app has issues when zooming in on live feed it quits or shuts down the phone all together. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. Sometimes the feed gets quite pixelated but clears up after a few moments, even when it is on the same WiFi. Other than that, good app.
Great if I could erase all videos at once

On the next update can you add an option to delete all videos at once so I don’t have to spend a half hour deleting each video one at a time.
Crashes a lot. Even zooming the image crashes the app.

Something as simple as pinch/pulling the image to zoom in and out immediately crashes the app. It’s too buggy.

Definitely an upgrade from my SmartCams. App has a bug when you zoom in to a live feed in full screen, the app crashes. Every time consistently.

After researching over 15 options I went with amazon cloud cam. The Camera is amazing with great options and clarity. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the app crashes if you try to pinch and zoom. If this gets fixed it’s a 5. Please fix that.

I have unplugged it , reset it , talked nicely to it ..... we use it as a baby monitor, but it is useless when the app won’t sync. There is constantly an issue with the camera syncing to my app, my show , and my spot. If the app steam is working and I hit the two way talk button , the stream instantly freezes and takes around 5 minutes to re-sync . Not sure if it’s the camera or if it’s just a problem in general, but intermittent usability is not ideal for our needs.

No matter what the situation, if I zoom in on the live view and pan around, the frame rate drops and a few seconds later the app crashes. If this was fixed my life would be so much easier.
