Can’t get to work anymore with iPhone pro max on my phone or my husband’s now. Maybe the last phone update?
This app constantly locks up my iPhone 12 Pro Max
No full map
The app worked fine on my iPhone 8S. But now it locks up my 12 pro max every time I turn the cameras on or off. And sometimes it locks up when I swipe between cameras. Please fix!!!

Easy setup, connects to my phone quickly and sends live updates when motion is detected with a video to go along with it. I use it every time I go out of town as extra security.

I’ve had this camera and the app for a few years, I love them both, the app is very customizable, I pay subscription and I get a lot for the money. I wish they update it more often, and I also wish Amazon didn’t discontinue Cloud Cam. I have the Blink cameras as well in some of my rooms but the Cloud Cam beats them in many ways, my most important feature that Blink doesn’t have is, location recognition that turns the camera on automatically when you (and your iphone) aren’t home. Please keep updating this app as many people still use Cloud Cam!!!
Locks Screen

This app always locks up and freezes the screen on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I only have this issue with my apple device, but it’s frustrating that I can’t use the app as intended to watch my household camera.
NO LONGER WORKING

this camera used to work but now I Amazon must be phasing it out because the cameras say connected but then just takes you back to the “set up device” screen. Tried everything, resets, app update, pairing multiple times with phone, nothing works. Don’t buy this camera.

This camera has been great up until recently. It won’t open while I’m away to view my dogs anymore.
Holes in Recording

I purchase the extended plan and have sometimes over 6 hour holes in recording. Very unfortunate as my car was broken into during that time. Do not depend on this camera, app, or plan.
