For some reason the app won’t stay connected.......have to re-log back in and won’t work when away from home..........

The app doesn’t let me access any of the data on the drive. The customer service couldn’t diagnose the issue.
Thanks for fixing all the bugs, but there is one more thing...

You must make an update that we can see a preview of photos and videos, when I'm looking for a photo I need to open one by one and it takes forever until it shows it and I have tons of photos and videos, you must release an update that we can see a preview of the files.
When I go to Photo Tab error out

Works great until you get all of your data stored and then forgets who you are.

Unfortunately, WD abandoned app support for older My Cloud Mirror drives. Thanks. Now I am limited to accessing my RAID setup only though my iMac. And please don’t offer a solution that forces me to login to a WD site. I was perfectly content to access My Cloud Mirror while at home using ALL of my devices.

In about a year it went from working outside the home, to working in the home only, to not working at all. I don’t know if it’s an IOS problem, a Windows network problem, or an app problem, but when I’m looking up articles on router rebooting, registry edits, or network protocols, it’s already too complicated. These are the kinds of issues the developers should anticipate when designing the app so random clueless people like me don’t have to get white hair trying to make it functional - that’s their job!
