A little limiting

Lady Death 18

Works fine, better than “My Cloud Home” but videos cannot be played full screen. You still get the file name on the top and the controls on the bottom of the screen. Android version is better as it plays the videos full screen as if they’re on the tablet

Keeps logging me out q

troy clah

Prob because i got an older device, but still am i going to have to log in every time i want to use my cloud ?? F that

Way better than OS 5

PeckhamJW

I’m never going to upgrade my second system.

Good product

Markeytee

I would like to give it five star it’s great when it work like when your home, and when you leave your worried it won’t connect. I must go back to the device and reboot the device to see data again. I wish support fix this issue. I would love to buy another unit, but I won’t till issues get resolved.

Works ok

rkopacze

When this first came out it was terribly slow. It still isn’t blazing lay fast but at least is now acceptable. I bet it would work better if my hardware were newer. Maybe someday. But for now at least I have a good backup for all my photos and family videos.

Don’t even bother

Swede#1

Worst piece of software ever made, and the hardware is not any better, don’t waste your time or money in this

Regretful purchase, garbage app

ZhiQing Yao

Can’t help saying the app is a garbage. Enough patience from me has been spent. Could have just bought an plain external hard drive.

Extremely useful

I keep nothing on my primary computer (a laptop) except for my applications. All of my data files, including over 55,000 photos and scanned documents, are on my 4 tb My Cloud. I travel to various places across the U.S. and around the world and my data is always close at hand. I just love the accessibility without slowing down my laptop. I keep a back-up on a separate WD portable hard drive, so I am always safe. I also keep all of my passwords on a secure thumb drive so they are never on the web.

So much to improve

grem1in5

Firstly, connectivity issues when not on the same WiFi. Secondly, make it recognize other than jpg photo formats. Thirdly, the app provides info for photo files but unable even to determine a year when a video file was taken. There are many more I could list, but to make the review shorter - just take Google Photos app as a golden standard and try to be as close to that as possible.

Clunky and barebones

TheKarateKidd

It does what it's supposed to on a minimal level. There's so much more that can be done with this app, or even existing things done better.
