Filters Do NOT work.

Trying to find a private home with a private pool. They have filters for that kind of search but everything it brings up isnt even close to what the filter was asking for. Very frustrating!!!

I rented a VRBO condo on Marco Island. It was the trashiest place. Old stuff mismatched silverware, old teflon pots and pan and odd glasses that seemed to be second hand. I paid over $ 4,000 of which over $ 400 was a service fee. Not sure what kind of service it provided because i got nothing! There are so many fees. You get a better deal and accountability from a national chain. This my incomplete list of what was wrong with the place: Burned outlet in living aresa No outlet covers on 2 outlets Master bath outlet won’t reset Screens on sliding doors don’t stay on track. Debris in track and just old and bent up some Dirty on sliding glass doors where you pull to open them. Sliding glass doors don’t lock Shade torn in dining room Shade in double bedroom has no pulls so you can’t open the shade Closet doors in double bedroom don’t move Dresser knobs dirty Dishes not clean. Put back in cabinet with dried food Glasses in cabinet seemed dirty with finger prints Frig has no ice maker and is pretty old with some rust starting to appear on front door sections No swifter sheets to mop up Hot water only good for one shower even after plumber called Drains in spare bath clogged/slow draining Moldy main shower tile grout Front door weather stripping is dirty, twisted and not creating a seal No internal lock to secure front door Rusted chairs for the beech and old broken beech umbrella Bed sheets are old thin sheets and pillows are ancient. Lumpy and flatted out from use Balcony chairs and table are old and rusted. The lounge chairs are old dirty and some straps are broken

VRBO ads on youtube have guaranteed I will never rent from them. WHY did you spend so much money just to constantly interrupt me rewatching the super bowl halftime show to shove Kermit singing down my throat. I could not imagine a more obnoxious song to hear every 30 seconds. I also despised that “maybe your daughter will get out from behind her phone and talk to you if you rent a cool gloomy lake house on our crappy platform” ad you guys were running before this one, but it wasn’t quite as annoying and I could at least skip it. I’ve paused the video I was watching to write this review and I’m dreading going back to it because I’ll have to hear that stupid song at least four more times. So fire everyone that makes your ads or not, I could care less, I’m now an Airbnb customer for life.

This is not the first time we are visiting this spot. But it’s the first time in Gina’s apartment So far it has been amazing!!! The apartment has everything and more Nothing is missing to make it a great vacation The pillows and beds are good The kitchen has all brand new appliances and cookware The furniture is comfortable New sofa Very nice table on the Terrence. We eat every meal out on the patio The resort is the best one in Playa But this year we noticed a lot more ppl on the territory which makes it more noisy We are used to this place being so quiet It was a secret no one knew about… The beach is good Great service And friendly people We definitely be back!!!

Needs deep cleaned new oven furniture

Called VRBO upon arriving because pool very unacceptable, stove did not work, oven rusty, ant hills out front. They said contact owner which I did and got no response for 3 days. Submitted pictures to VRBO and was told this is superficial. Well mold is not, rust is not, sliding glass door to pool was left open for 3 weeks after maintenance cleaned a huge amount of mold bottom of door. I have many pictures. But VRBO wasn’t sympathic at all. Don’t rent this home unless completely renovated or you will go thru 8 weeks of He.. like we did. I just saw in Mar 2021 that this place was not to be listed. They still haven’t taken it off the market. I would rate this house @ 2400 St Augustine Haines City, FL a 0/10

Poor Customer Service

I am appalled at the customer service I received. I had a trip planned and was refused any type of refund for trip ruined by a hurricane. I would never use this app or company because they wanted to to drive my family into the eye of a hurricane to keep my reservation. They refused to give any type of refund and said that I could drive through a hurricane with a family of small children. It is appalling at the lack of safety this company considers just to make a dollar!!! Please do not use this company because they do not care about your trip or family, they only care about the bottom line.

Great stays, slow app

We have had multiple great stays at properties listed on VRBO. The app however could use some tweaking as it is slow to load and it is difficult to pull up messages from hosts.

Seriously!!! I’m always checking VRBO online and now trying to upload the app, nothing, won’t load ?never mind. ??
