App returns places that are not available on the dates you search. Waste of time.

I always used Airbnb and I thought I try Vrbo this time and this time the owner charged me for water service tech to come reset the pump because I was out of water for half a day, tired to call Vrbo and redirected here and there but still can’t resolve it!

Registered a complaint about accommodations that had holes in flooring and walls. Also heat did not work. VRBO refused to help in any manner at all after complaint went no where with property owner. This was my first experience with VRBO and would never use again.

Good luck if you want to use the map view or image gallery. Once you click on one of those, the app will routinely make the back arrow disappear so you’re stuck in that view. The only way to fix it is to close and restart the app. And that custom search you were using with all the filters set just to your liking? Yeah…that didn’t save so you’re gonna have to set it all up again. Now rinse and repeat every time you want to click on the map view or image gallery. Terrible. Might have to do with the new iOS update, but this doesn’t happen nearly as often or as severely with other apps.

I posted the same thing many times, and they just delete it, they just don’t want us to tell the truth about the poor quality of the services we receive and the deceit that happens after discharge
Can’t go back to listings after opening pictures

If I open the pictures to scroll through them, I can’t go back to my search results and have to shut down the app and start over. Please fix!!

I would not ever try to book again with surf styles. You should not have them on your site. Not customer friendly.

I use VRBO to book my accommodations over any other site due to integrity. I know exactly what I am getting when I find and book property. I know I am booking a property and not a room in someone’s house.
