I really don’t think it’s your fault because the big tech network make it hard for me to use it when I have no service in some neighborhoods, I have Verizon so maybe a meeting can be arranged so that the costumer is satisfied even more with our service.

Terrible communication between you and the team when something is wrong with your account. Check your driver ratings everyday because even though customers seem happy in person and even tip it might not reflect on your ratings and Uber won’t let you know it’s low until it’s too late

The problem with Uber is the map with its navigation! With this map like that, how can you expect on time delivery with such a map that let you on your own to search for address?

App not giving trips only deliveries

I signed up on Jan. 16 and still have not been able to drive anyone around. Support is the worst!!! No one seems to know anything and just keep copying & pasting same messages to me over & over stating the problem is at their end and they have fixed, when in fact it has not. Update: when companies outsource things to other countries screwed things happen...I’m in FL NOT TX so they are telling me I have to go throughout the whole process again to be able to drive in a “new” city. The thing is I’M NOT IN A NEW CITY. ? Update: if I could give your support team a minus five stars that’s what I would give you. I can’t believe I have to go thru a new background check b/c of your screwed-ups. I’m still eating to drive and make $$ since Jan-16-2021. Today is 2-4 and I’m still unable to drive.


“Earnings Guarantee” Prop 22 Scam

This company intentionally made it to where drivers could see how much an order was worth with the tip and fare totaled together, right up until Prop 22 passed. Now after getting drivers to vote Yes on prop 22, drivers can’t control how much they make per hour because of an update that changed the way drivers view and accept orders, causing hourly rates to drop. Biggest scam of 2021 so far.

2.5 years of rideshare, 3500 trips, Diamond 4.98 Star Driver. I know what I’m talking about. Trust me when I say all you need is Uber. I made the mistake the first 6 months of splitting trip time between Uber and the one that rhymes with Gyft. When I threw all my chips in with Uber and dropped the other company my miles and trips, started adding up here and I actually achieved some mile markers, make more money, and... I’m sorry I have to say this, but the clientele the /yft company markets to — their parents never taught them that tipping is part of the cost of the service. It is an integral part of getting a delivery or a ride from A to B. The customers on the other platform will choose one company over the other based on a .30cent price difference.. sure you save a little money when you are a cheap a#%. Problem is you have to wake up and go to sleep knowing there’s a CHEAPSKATE living your life and looking back at you in the mirror. So the other platform’s culture and marketing attract garbage humans. Stay right here! It’s all you’ll need

Something is definitely wrong with the app very difficult to keeping up with the Uber pro In some trips you drive 30 minutes away to drop off the person five minutes away and you’re welcome now is $6 or 5 dollars I have been calling customer service for my reviews my Uber pro... I accept all my rides and I haven’t canceled anything and yet my rating never went upThe cancellation rating it is ridiculousFor a month and a half you win from 8%to9%Never could’ve rich 4% nothing work it is very frustrating they either take a vanish just because they know we need money Please pandemic be Over


Bad update

Did the update to the driver app and now when giving directions, it disconnects music and provides the directions through a “connected” phone line. I can’t use my phone or music while receiving directions. It was working fine until the update.
