Well I definitely have a much better experience with the Uber driver support than I ever had with InstaCart driver support...


Garbage company.

Screws over both the riders and the drivers. Making $12/hr. $6/hr after taxes. Is this a joke?? The app is constantly freezing and crashing. Customer service has no solution and says everything is fine. The app will “ding” signaling rider request but nothing comes up to accept. On the off chance something pops up to accept request, it is immediately “accepted by another driver.” I have auto accept rides on and that never works either.

These people and this app is so smart that it will tell you you will make about $20 on an order and right away you press accept but what you don’t notice is that, that’s only with tip. I went on a one hour journey expecting to make $25 on a trip and literally made $8 for 2 orders that come together !!! Never using Uber again.


App just says updating as I upgraded to new IPhone

I updated my IPhone and when setting up my Uber App it locked down with no way to exit app. It says updating and try again later. Well a week later the same message is showing I remove the App and reload and the same message appears. I have called Uber twice once no luck and today after being told to wait while account is being reviewed no response and hung up at 42 minutes waiting on attendant to review my account. I really want to deliver again but the App will not allow me too. Help

People don’t tip well anymore , usually ends up being 3-4 hours of wasted gas and time . You really have to hope for a good one at times . Been using it for 2-3 years now , used to get 70-80$ every 2-3 hours . Now it’s only less than 30$ for three hours 6/10 don’t recommend in 2022


App keeps getting worse and worse

It’s frustrating to make problems with an app known to a billion dollar tech company and see them either incapable or unwilling to fix them. For a long time, I have not been able to see where the next pick up would be if I’m currently on a ride. The screen either doesn’t change at all or actually just goes completely black when a new request comes in. Additionally, I can’t see where the surge areas are unless I turn off my two most profitable options to drive. These issues have been made known by me and I know by others yet they remain unfixed. Which is weird, since Uber has practically been begging for drivers for more than a year. You’d think they’d want to make their driving experience as positive and pain-free as possible. As it stands, they’re about to lose this driver hopefully as soon as a few weeks from now. Maybe they don’t care that their shoddy workmanship is driving away their workforce.


Navigation

Besides Waze, there should be an alternate source of navigation. Plus, there should be an option to report any mishaps in the Uber driver navigation that way it’s not repeated. Often times, my app also freezes on me during navigation, not allowing me to center my position. All pretty bad while in a moving vehicle


Cost me a job basically

When they bought postmates they never showed the drivers there any courtesy by allowing them to use the platform, so they basically costed people a job. Thanks a lot.

I called uber support team to change my account from uber eats to uber x ( from food delivery to sharing ride with passengers) . I called 4th time but it still doesn’t change after 20 business days. Only they says ok i did and they will ask you some more information but nothing change on my account
