I have a 2020 hybrid Toyota Avalon and Uber decided to change this year that my car can’t do Uber x which is bizarre My car is apparently only eligible for Uber comfort Uber green and Uber pet But not the basic Uber x I am losing 90 percent of my business and Uber better fix this or I will get a lawyer

Uber indicate that 4 people can use Uber Select which is misleading information! Due to Covid19 rules no passengers allowed in the front seat! I sent a dozen complains to Uber. Zero response! I just want to know how to explain to riders if Uber indicate 4 riders?! Riders telling me I'm wrong as driver because Uber app states 4 people! It is going on for months!

Fake “Hotspots” with bonus pay/surge pay

These fake hotspots with bonus pay are broken… the whole map is lit up like a Christmas tree with bonus pay all the way up to $9 bonus per trip but why after over an hour of driving time I don’t get one single delivery?! Wasted nearly a 1/4 tank of gas and so much of my time that I uninstalled the app. I’ve also wondered why Uber driver(for passengers) and Uber delivery(for food delivery) don’t have separate apps, I know personally multiple people myself included who will never take a passenger. Development in the app is also nil, and who ever determines that you are the driver when it asked for a photo doesn’t know what they are doing, you cannot change your cash out options without getting locked out of your account for 24hours and you will get hung up on when you call customer support, and the only clear way to get ahold of support is having to be logged in somehow after being logged out forcibly for suspicious activity.

Can barely get any orders even though I wait for hours

I started Uber eats like a month ago, it’s cool and all but I would be sitting in the app for hours trying to find a delivery to do but they never come threw, and I know people always ordering for from this all cause who don’t want to eat. I’m going to keep doing this for another month but if you guys are not sending me no orders is not no point of waiting for nothing

So I got approved to drive almost a month ago and was told that the issue I was having not being able to log on was a common issue and they had people working on it. I’m still waiting and they’ve been sending me all these awesome bonuses that I can’t even get bc I can’t sign on!!! Please fix this ASAP.

When I accept a delivery, I head on over to the restaurant. When I arrive,verify and take possession of the order, there is no place on the app to click/check to verify that I have the order and I’m ready to deliver. At this point,I still don’t know the customer’s address. I give a thumbs up or down for the pickup. Then I go to the bottom to slide the “Start Delivery” button (if I’m lucky to see it) then it goes to the customer screen for about 2 seconds and goes back to the previous screen and it gives an error code “0” Can’t complete operation “.If I’m lucky, I can see the customer’s address, memorize it and write it down. Then I have to go into another navigation company’s site and type it in. Then,since I couldn’t see the whole customer screen, I have to call the customer and get details and instructions for delivery. Then after I hand the customer their order, there is no button on the app to say the order was delivered.I called twice and gave support my situation and they said the delivery status was still in progress. They said they fixed it and I’ll get paid and my record will be good.I didn’t get paid and when I called back, the automated recording said my last delivery wasn’t completed. I got passed to 4 different people until the last person fixed the pay but showed the delivery was cancelled. I just started delivering. I made only 4 deliveries and 3 out of 4 of them this same thing happened. No one can answer anything about the glitch. I have an iPhone 6 but they say that’s ok.

uber undeepays its deliveey drivers... SAD that they bought postmates, postmates was better without them. uber is capitalism at is best or should i say modern slave drivers. i wouldn't recommend working for this comoany, when i see uber delivery people i tell them to switch to doordash or grubhub because uber is just not a good company to work for.

I deliver on my breaks and in between meetings. You can be online for over an hour and not get any orders sent to you. And you only get paid for doing orders not waiting even if it takes hours. I recommend using multiple apps at once when working. Uber Eats (for me) is either busy or literally 0 orders for hours.

Major problems with this app. My trip tracker has been frozen on a number that I completed two weeks ago. Multiple call to customer support has been useless. They don’t have a clue how to contact a tech to correct the issue. This has caused my guaranteed promotion to not be actual and now I can’t get paid the difference between the trips completed and the guaranteed promotion amount. Worst app and support!
