Good for rideshare, not good for deliveries

I have originally signed up for Uber eats as a way to make extra earnings. I cannot do the rate share for reasons I will not share, however I do not enjoy using UberFor deliveries very much because I don’t know if the customer will leave a tip or not. If the developers could add a feature where if someone is ordering from Uber eats, they leave a tip in advance rather than after the deliveries have been done so that way it does not waste of drivers time or gas for making said deliveries. It’s very concerning to see Deliveries take up about 30 minutesIn about 15 miles and only get paid about 3 to 4 dollars.Developers, please take in consideration to do this so it won’t be a concerning factor for if someone can’t do a ride share but they heavily rely on doing deliveries

I have all kinds of problems with the app at IAH Bush Airport. The TNC lot has a metal roof that diminishes the signal while inside the fence line. On numerous occasions, I have been sitting in the queue and been there for 45 minutes. I went from 60 in the queue, to 30…only to have the app show me outside the fence line when I never left. It’s very frustrating and not fair to have been waiting there the whole time, only to get kicked to the bottom of the wait list. Something needs to be done about this. Put some cell boosters under that metal roof!!

Pay $2 a delivery at times…never consistent…customer service keeps you on hold for long periods of time etc…like to be able to pick my own schedule, that’s good.

Crashes - can’t never end each delivery / drop off tasks

It’s terrible, everything I drop/ deliver and finish the task. This app won’t let me ended the task. I had to call support each time to refresh my account so I can move forward for a new requested task. Wasting time calling, been a week, talked many many tech nothing is working!! Sick of responding emails stating the same over and over.. solution??

Again with only small trips like I never complained. So is forcing me to cancel or not accept some trips because I don’t want to do all small trips and 10 hr or more a day is possible to earn the money in less hr but Uber is feeling like I should be out longer time like I live in my car. I was douped and hacked, I didn’t notice because I was driving and genuinely thought it was Uber asking me to verify my information. This happened in August, my account became compromised they blocked me, I had 4.9 rating. I am at a loss the income provided for my family. Please Uber unblock my account as I followed all your support instructions and did nothing wrong.
