As an Uber Select driver I have noticed a steep drop in customers. Then when I received a customer request for select he informed me that not only is the Select option almost at the bottom of the list, it is also listing Select as able to transport 4 people, which not correct. This seems to be the same with the other options in the same category “other” (espanol, select, assist, wave). These should say 3 riders not 4. Please fix this ASAP.
Destination Filler times out

When “finding ride to a destination” is set, that it should not time out on a current ride. This causes ride requests that are not going to where the driver needs to go, resulting in cancellations. This affects the Drivers acceptance rate and potentially leaves the Rider request not fulfilled in a timely manner. I suggest that the app not ignore the Drivers need to get home. It’s not fair to the Driver or the Rider requesting service.
Uber always keeps its promises

Serious battery hog

Something needs to be done about the battery drain of this app. My iPhone 12 Pro is only 3 days old and when I did UberEATS for only 2 hours today, my battery went from 60% to 8%. Other times it was much worse.

Uber, your prices re messed up here in Abuja I do not know who currently advises the platform, but they need to be relieved. You cannot be competing prices with lesser companies, and still insist on 25%. All drivers earn more on other platforms, nd just slaving for uber. Review your prices before u loose all your drivers
Car seat issue

I’m a driver. If a rider does not have a car seat for their child, then I click the NO CAR SEAT button. Unfortunately, it doesn’t register it correctly, and I don’t get the proper cancelation fee. Each time this happens, I have to call in, then they manually add it in. This has happened several times in the past—same issue every time. Please fix. Thanks!

I been driving for them more than 3 years And In the end they throw me out like nothing I didn’t do nothing wrong They accused me that I had fake documents which it’s bigg lie Those documents I took from dmv How they can be fake???!!! But they just firing people because they have enough drivers Shameful
