Add the ability to rate customers after the delivery is completed

If we have to deal with people tip baiting, y’all can at least give us the ability to give tip baiters a thumbs down.

So if I get a thumbs up from a merchant, I have to get a thumbs down from a customer. What’s gives uber? Do I need to break my back, waste more money on delivery bags and act like a silent slave for great service I’m not being compensated on. These monsters don’t deserve the endless hours I put in, they don’t lift a finger to support me and every time I ask for a help. I get less trip request? Coincidence, nope, happens every time. Calling it out for its sheer inhumane treatment to its drivers, who do the dirty work for them and make them thrive only to get nothing but despair.

I’ve been doing Uber for a month now . My satisfaction rate is high and all . Uber has temporary took down my account before for no reason. And now I can’t log back on my account again.


Needs a shitload of improvement!

Been driving for over a year and half. Uber Driver app is constantly getting new glitches. Whether it’s poor GPS for pins, non-visible earnings activity, or slow or non-crediting of promotions, Uber has let us down especially in the last few months on the technology side. If drivers must scan their face for a mask before going online, passengers must do the same before getting a ride. Yet that’s left to drivers to enforce and when we do, we’re rewarded with a poor rating from the rider. Also, if we as a driver rate a passenger less than 5 stars, we are retaliated upon by the passenger with a poor rating. Something needs to be done about that. Lastly, Uber desperately needs to do a better job in both driver and especially in rider apps, about new rules of “no front seat riders.” This is something that again put us drivers in a poor position of telling groups of 4 that they can’t use Uber X. Instead need an Uber XL. Unfortunately, the technology does more to harm the driver’s ratings and tips with these new policies. Understand, I support the policies. But Uber must do a better job of promoting these new policies to riders. Then not penalizing those of us drivers who choose to enforce the rules. While many are not and they are being rewarded. Fix the technology. Fix the help line service.

I do not pick people up. There is no incentive to drive people around. There are too many things that can go wrong, and too little protection and reward offered to drivers to put someone in my car. I deliver food only. Overtime, orders became unrealistic. Uber actually expects you to work for less than minimum wage, while destroying your car in the process. I have 98% satisfaction rate. Uber expects drivers to take 2 or 3 dollar orders. The majority of the orders offered to me would have me at an extremely low hourly pay, less than minimum wage. To send someone a 2 or 3 dollar order is an insult, and drivers who accept such low orders must have a low assessment of their self-worth as you are literally being mistreated and valued and next to nothing by being offered and accepting such low orders. Customer service is terrible. You might get an order where items are missing. You need to call this in to the Uber customer service. Rather take your word and allow an efficient operation , customer service will call and verify what you already told customer service. So, the reality is that customer service assumes you’re lying and have no integrity. Beyond that, Uber will bombard you with orders towards the letter end of a trip. You might be texting or taking a picture, then accidentally accept an order because the app is like a rude person interrupting you while you’re working and unable to address the issue or request properly...then you have to choose to either complete the order or remove yourself from it, but as I said, many orders will have you working for less than minimum wage. The wait times are extremely long between orders, the pay is low, the customer service is terrible. Not recommended.


Problems for Cyclists

There doesn’t seem to be a separate algorithm for cyclist couriers. When it slows down it will send me jobs 5-10 miles away and I have to decline them in hopes something will come up that is reasonable for me to do. I I think it would be immensely helpful if in a double set- we could see the addresses of both drop offs and be able to chose which Leroy off we will do first because the maps sometimes does not make any sense.

This app does not work well with the website. I go to look for a number on the website, it tells me to click “open the app.” that link redirects me to another website instead of the app. It asked me to log in on this webpage. All I wanted was a contact number for help. This is bad because it is one of the hardest things to get into contact with a live person. All of our problems are not the same. They all get grouped in these categories, but there isn't a number for the people with an issue other than what is stated. It seems there is no help this is more unreliable than LYFT. I may as well own this app and make my own customer service.


Glitchy and unresponsive

This app simply does not work. Since setting up an Uber driver account, I’m not able to access this app or get past the “choose your city” page. Clicking the continue button is completely unresponsive. I’ve uninstalled the app multiple times and attempted to get past this step for days to no avail. Matters are mad worse when the only option in the help drop down is to log out. There is no way to contact support and have the issue resolved.


Love it, but needs attention for IOS Users

Love driving for Uber, and I meet cool people of every walk of life, only downfalls are getting Support even while actively driving is like pulling teeth, and I get 98% of my offers while currently in transit with a passenger, seems to be and IOS issue and makes me look like I’m super selective haha
