Fraud Company, illegal wage holdings

If you are looking for a company that actually pays you for your time and effort, look for a different app. Uber does not pay out the drivers and intentionally withholds earnings from drivers. They will send you requests and when you go to the store and if there is an issue that is the restaurants fault, Uber will blame you and tell you it’s your fault and try not to pay what is owed. If you value your time and want to work for a company that respects you, DONT CHOOSE THIS FRAUD COMPANY.

I’ve been doing Uber eats for about a year and decided to switch over to regular rides. I’ve called uber twice to figure out why it’s taking so long to get approved but still receiving uber x promotions. Apparently the system has approved me but my app won’t. I’ve deleted and reinstalled numerous times but nothing has changed.


Errors and not going online

When I click go it’s not taking me online. It should say looking for orders or trips and it’s not. I have keep going offline and then online to get it to work. Not getting orders.


Won’t let you change banking info without problems

I recently changed my banking info and it froze my instant pay out. It has been 4 days, I’ve called support 3 times but they were no help. They also make getting paid difficult by paying us less and changing the passengers more. I did a 20 mile ride and got 14$. My mother drives for Uber too and she said they have been taking a percentage of her tips as well. I drive for both Uber and Lyft and they both have been horrible. Driving more miles for less money and they won’t pay you without causing issues.

I just ran my first few deliveries and every single one changed their initial tip to less. Customers posting a high tip to get the delivery then changing it afterwards is out of control. This is highly disappointing and completely discourages me from using the app again.

Great for making money and working during the first few months when you’re new, but after that, getting orders takes longer than presidential elections. On top of the almost constant issues with some accounts and apps (disabling insta-pay, app crashes and freezing during orders etc.) and AWFUL customer support that reads a script and repeats your issue back to you as if your issue is the reason why you’re having the issue in the first place, promotions are lacking, when and if they actually work for me cause not a single “Quest” has compensated me, messaging is ridiculous since UE constant updates your location even when you are standing in the building you are supposed to be in, and because of this issue, the UE card typically takes a few tries as my location doesn’t match up with the restaurant I’m literally standing in, causing it to just not go through. Those are the primary problems I’ve been having with this service but I’m sure I’ll have more since support does hardly anything for you unless you do a video call or talk to a higher up of a higher up

They call them selves saving customers money I’ve been doing it for 2 1/2 years. during the coronavirus Pandemic they said they took the surge away lol No they only took the surge away from the drivers but still up charge the customers and pocket it. Called customer service multiple times. They say they’re trying to fix it but it’s beenNine months now. So when will I get the money they owe me. Mmm

The is a ZERO star feature I’ve been given passengers who are 18 minutes from my destination We only know this after we accepted the ride and then have to cancel and that counts against us Also not accepting counts against us Therefore I accept if the ride is not on my way to my destination I just keep going to my destination and don’t answer my phone this makes me feel bad for the customer but I can’t have my acceptance % affected or my cancellation % so this is the only solution I have One time I was in downtown Chicago going to Zion Illinois I was given a ride going to Lisle Illinois I took them but it took an extra hour to go home I now tell people I’m sorry but I have a destination filter on and you aren’t going my way
