Worst driver support ever!

I’ve driven with Uber for only three days now. I called the service line because I was unsure how to cash out my earnings instead of waiting for the weekly direct deposits. I thought there maybe a waiting period or an extra step I had to take to be eligible for the immediate cash out but I guess there isn’t any wait. I called the service line and the CSR had no idea what she was doing. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me she didn’t have one. I told her she was clearly lying and I would like to speak to the supervisor. She fake looked for a supervisor and then told me they were on a call and I could call back tomorrow. I told her I would like to wait for them to end the call and she refused to put me on the line with a supervisor. I’m still have the same problem. Looks like I won’t be driving with you all ever again and I’ll be telling EVERYONE I know to NEVER drive with you all again!!!!!!

The app has been working great. The one complaint I have is that the app does tend to take you behind the restaurants fairly often. Other that that been it’s accurate.


Too many bugs and very bad service for help

I have been doing Ubereats for a while now. Lately there are so many issues I am facing due to which I am so fed up and frustrated. For order and pay trips my card has been declining, when call Ubereats for help representatives don’t have a clue what to do, it took them more than 90minutes and didn’t resolve my issue. Firstly card didn’t work, they told me pay with my card, after that app didn’t allow me upload receipt. I paid for the customer food and I didn’t get reimbursed, there is no help number to resolve issues. And I had to call the customer get his address and delivery food to him and at the end the app didn’t allow me to complete trip. If I cancel the trip on my side, it will effect my account and I don’t get paid for travel to the pick up. That happened to more 3 times one day and I had to cancel because if I call support I was on wait for more that 60minutes which is crap. If I call them for help from app they tell me only way to resolve Ubereats issues through email. And when I email one representative will reply first after I explain my issue other person will reply asking for more information and after giving more information, another person will come reply me with standard template even with taking my issue into account and mark my issue as resolved, if reply to email again the cycle will repeat new guy new explanation ends up with standard template reply. And I am missing many earnings(money). The app has so many bugs no guarantee that you will get paid for you work, if luck you get for delivery but the tips will not get reflected. Most disgusting and worst service help ever.

I have did the background check and all the reequirements needed to start my account. Although, the background check has been pending for almost two weeks now. Someone has contacted me and told me that that will still take awhile. I had got an email saying my documents are still not processed but I keep getting emails saying that they Amy documents other than my background check is rejected but on the app I have a green check marks. On the app there isn't a call support on the app but they tell you there is. So you're stuck and no on is there to help you. I would give them more stars if they actually help the potential drivers completing their process. Instead they just give you a whole bunch of emails and your account won't be completed.

I usually drive for delivery and I had a problem with my delivery and try to contact support team waited like almost an hour. To get connected in this situation what type of quality is trying to give to Uber customers . Food has been already extremely cold waited for contact support .

For whatever reason this app won’t let you go online and all my documents that are needed are good. Got in touch with a representative yesterday morning and somehow he got it to work. Today it’s the same issue. My biggest problem is that it only works when I contact Uber and they are only available during the week after 10am. This has been happening for a while now and nothing I’m has yet to be done about it. I can also see other people having the same issue.

I have been driving for a couple weeks now and have made many deliveries while doing Uber eats. My account got flagged and suspended due to high speeds. I have a electric bike which allows me to go at a higher speeds. Since then I have received a email saying that I no longer can drive. They did say I could dispute and go to the Uber driver app and contact support. Unfortunately when I went to call each time I was HUNG UP ON with the automation saying that since I was not a live order I could not speak to a representative. I was not able to whatsoever contact the support at all. Ultimately I went online and looked for a number in which I could call. Every Uber link was unhelpful and useless. I finally found a forum which allowed me to call a customer/driver help line and finally was able to speak to someone. UBER NEEDS TO HAVE A LINE ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO SPEAK WITH THEIR DRIVERS. it is unacceptable that I need to go through so many loophole to get some help. With additionally the help portion of their app not being any help whether it be their help links that tell you what to do or the useless! Telephone number they give. Very unsatisfied with they help towards their drivers!

For a big company having a lot a problems with app, take you to the longest routes, now with the driver pass you always get the cheap trips, meaning that we get the leftover, speed limits all wrong, and on top of that I noticed that not all the trips get registered and it will be a big problem to track them.
