Too many bugs and very bad service for help – Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver Review

I have been doing Ubereats for a while now. Lately there are so many issues I am facing due to which I am so fed up and frustrated. For order and pay trips my card has been declining, when call Ubereats for help representatives don’t have a clue what to do, it took them more than 90minutes and didn’t resolve my issue. Firstly card didn’t work, they told me pay with my card, after that app didn’t allow me upload receipt. I paid for the customer food and I didn’t get reimbursed, there is no help number to resolve issues. And I had to call the customer get his address and delivery food to him and at the end the app didn’t allow me to complete trip. If I cancel the trip on my side, it will effect my account and I don’t get paid for travel to the pick up. That happened to more 3 times one day and I had to cancel because if I call support I was on wait for more that 60minutes which is crap. If I call them for help from app they tell me only way to resolve Ubereats issues through email. And when I email one representative will reply first after I explain my issue other person will reply asking for more information and after giving more information, another person will come reply me with standard template even with taking my issue into account and mark my issue as resolved, if reply to email again the cycle will repeat new guy new explanation ends up with standard template reply. And I am missing many earnings(money). The app has so many bugs no guarantee that you will get paid for you work, if luck you get for delivery but the tips will not get reflected. Most disgusting and worst service help ever.
