App Crashes & Prices Increase!

It’s happened yet again- when I tried to access the app to make an appointment, all of my info was gone. I kept on receiving error notices until finally I was instructed to contact customer service. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong and advised me that ‘the developer’ would contact me within 48 hours. Never happened. Coupled with this, the price increases and evaporation of coupons, perhaps it’s time to take my business elsewhere....very disappointed.

I used to be able to check in and know exactly how much time before it was my turn for my haircut. Lately there isn’t an option to check in only call. Every time I’ve gone in I’ve had to wait at least 30 minutes whereas if I could check in on the app I can do things beforehand THEN go to the salon a few minutes before my check in.

This app is great when it works, but most of the time it doesn’t. Haven’t been able to log in or get a password reset for months, so I always have to dig through the list to get to my regular store. When you can’t log in it is an unwieldy, inconvenient mess.
What’s the point of a waiting time??

What is the point of displaying a wait time when you are given an appointment time an hour after you checked-in? It is very frustrating when you think you can be in and out, but you find out you have to wait an hour because of a ridiculous appointment schedule.
App is too basic

The app would be better if you could schedule an appointment with it, without having to call. Basically all it does is find the nearest location, and tell you what services are available at the location.
No history and no coupon activation

Other than checking in, I have found a little use for this app. The only way to find out when I was last there, is to check my credit card statements. I get my haircut every couple weeks and sometimes forget when the last time I was there. Separately, I get emails telling me to get a coupon, but when I go to the app it doesn’t show any coupons.

Never works, wait time, unreliable, need to call office anyway, unable book all needs online, only available during open hours. This and due to extreme stylist turnover I have taken my business elsewhere.
