You’re supposed to be able to check in online and I tried everything under the sun and there’s not anywhere that says I can check in online. Super frustrating,

I’ve used this app for over two years now. Recently, the app simply stopped working. When I launch it now, it tells me that there are no nearby salons and asks if I want to sign up to receive a $2 coupon. I already have an account, but it doesn’t matter. If I click yes or no to signing up, it gives me an error and says I must call a 1-888 number.

Easy To Navigate & Schedule Appointments

All is okay, except 1 annoying login problem. I use my email address using upper and lower cases. When I login on the app it works when I use only lower case letters. The issue was difficult to diagnose. It would tell me to call Guest Services. Their solutions checklist did not resolve the issue. I would then log in on a web browser to schedule. I just took a guess and tried lower case on my app and the login was successful.

Never mind using this app to get in line

We got in line with this app. Got there to the location 7-10 mins before but does not matter. There where about 3 of them who were walk ins and they had the cut before us. What’s the point of checking in??

App is a joke

You can not use app to ck in or get appointments or even determine wait times so you can plan time of arrival I suggest taking this off line of your not going to make usable

Good if stores honored it

I’ve had too many problems where the stores say “Oh, we got phone reservations that take precedence” or “oh, we have problems with the app”.

Would be nice if Call ahead opened a few minutes before the doors opened.

Good enough app but stores like banksville road always show shorter wait than reality - this hurts the other stores and turns off the customer. Other stores seem to be more accurate. If I owned one store and not another it seems I have an incentive to show a shorter wait.

Don’t bother using the app to make an appointment. You’ll just have to wait an hour sitting there anyways. I love feeling like my time isn’t valued. I’ll never use this garbage app or garbage company again.

Can’t check in

I used to be able to check in online but I haven’t been able to for weeks. I go to salon and then have to wait a long time since I can’t see how long a wait time is.
