Typically the app works well for me but today I can’t find the option to get an appointment with the available stylists.

I used the app to check in for 5:15pm, showed up at 5:10pm and was told that the stylist just began coloring someone's hair and would then still have to wash and cut it. I asked how long it would be and was told closer to 6pm. I got a babysitter to go to my time slot and think it's ridiculous the stylist would take such an obviously long appointment 10 minutes before mine. The check-in process requires my phone number and the least they could've done was call to let me know about the delay.

It would be a cool app if you could actually use it to check in.

The app won’t let me use it to check into my location, it just says call salon or search for another Supercuts,

I though that the point of this app was to be able to make appointments at Supercuts locations but it not able to do that. All it does is have you make an account, that does virtually nothing, but show you styles and locations and saves the locations that you go to. Other than that it does nothing and is, as it is now, a waste of space on anyone’s device(s)

I’m a long-term customer of your organization and this is the worst thing that I have seen implemented in 25 years never works delete my history I would think that you maintain it and make some corrections

Wait times are always accurate and I’m able to check in before I leave my house. I’ve used it for about 2 years now and have no complaints.

Convenient to search for locations and get address/phone number right there, and nice feature to check-in through the app, but doesn’t help me if people show up before I do. I didn’t realize the coupons I signed up for are only good for a specific location, doesn’t make sense to me and very inconvenient.

Went to check in online, said 20 minute wait. Wouldn’t let me make my check in, said time was unavailable even tho I put ASAP. So went to the shop instead and turned out to be an hour wait. Not a useful app whatsoever.
